    Hi Jimmy and Olive. Thanks for taking us with you on your hike. What a beautiful area. I Love to see unique rock formations , that really high light Gods' handy work. I felt the piece and could almost hear the rocks whispering their secrets of days gone by. A walk like that will feed ones spirit and warm ones heart. it was so enjoyable to hear the sound of your enjoyment as you simply wandered around and excepted everything that beautiful place had to offer. I agree, it would have been nice to have a Root beer float waiting at the end of the trail. Take care and God bless.

    Love this place in the winter , I camp there when it is open , the mini forest of trees there are great...please get a stick for rattle snakes , they love the hot lava rock to sun on.... one fall camping there I say a big fat 7' rattled in camp under rig looking for mice getting crums from cooking I was there for a month off and on....Luv ya Jimmy, glad your happy....did you ever find out what that sound was at creater lake , you were freaked out . I could tell you were scared. Hopefully elk not hairy beings , sightings of them are reported all around this area , and also missing folks yeaks.

I don't know if I'll ever make it there, but I sure hope so! 13:43 my favorite part of hike - you giving Olive some water! Fabulous video! You have a little black Olive to keep you warm! Awwww....💕🐕❣

  • @mags3521
    @mags3521 2 года назад +2

    Jimmy the ponderosa pine grows 13-24" a year, at 11 years can be 6' tall, & at 20 yrs. can be 40' tall. If you do the math that doesn't add up but that's what the article said. From what I read they aren't mature until they are around 300-400 years old, that sucker would be huge. Jimmy I'm so very proud of you for not giving up on Olive. I can remember when you had your doubts about what was best for Olive, but honey you definitely made the right choice. She'd be lost without you & you her!!! I also remember when you were concerned about mountain lions & I haven't heard you mention them lately. As I said sooooo proud of you!!! I'm so glad & appreciate that you have started making videos again, they are always a pleasure to watch. God bless you & Olive!!! Be safe out there being mountain goats! LOL!
