Thank you for sharing those treasures.
Master Yang : a great and awsome person. because you help people understand what they're practising, what's the purpose of what they're doing. You help people to enhance their humanity by making them Think first then do. And you translate so many traditional and difficult concepts in a very simple and understandable language but always with its scientific explaination.
It was on honor for me to meet you in Paris (in 1996 or 97 ? At Pascal Plee's school).
I'm now in La Réunion Island. I'm teaching qi gong. At each training you're here !
    God bless you

To me, one of the most underrated persons on earth. So little views and comments, which makes me feel fortunate to be among the few. Thank you ☺️

Enjoy this special video excerpt from a Tai Chi Theory seminar event in which Dr. Yang (楊俊敏博士) discusses the topic of his latest book "Qigong Grand Circulation". This practice increases your whole body circulation of Qi to energize your mind, body, and spirit and is the root of emitting power in martial arts. In the discussion, Dr. Yang explains how and why Grand Circulation has faded in Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan.

I learned under Master Lisa O'Shea (one of her best students I might add 😁👍) who was the 1st American certified as a Qi Gong Master under Dr. Yang, and one of the first lessons in learning the Tai Chi was the spine adulation. I had no idea this was key to martial application in Yang Style That same spine movement is also type of "Geng Ging" in southern praying mantis (which I just got the go head to teach 😁). So yes this makes alot sense

      Hi dear friend.
Can I ask you where I should learn tai chi from basic to advanced in online classes or RUclips videos?

In all Kung Fu practice, this is called the "Dragon body". Or "Snake like movements". In the Dark Ages, lightning bolts were believed to be Dragons. The human body is a reflection of the wider world. In Yoga as well, one empties oneself of small things. And draws great things into oneself. Taoism is a form of Shamanism. Combined with Buddhist theory.
