Bro....a huge fan as you travel mostly in economy..where most of us travel..unlike other youtuber s who usually try business class..
100% agree. The business class thing used to just irritate me now it positively turns me off. I refuse to even watch them anymore.
I like how we get a mixture. Mostly economy, but of the channels that do business class reviews this channel does them best. No raving about how great they are (which all business class is), just honest straight forward reviews. Other channels have become entertainment rather than informative. Think a documentary compared to a drama. The sheer amount of different airlines is good too. As lots of others just repeat the same airlines in slightly different seats.
@羅俊希 He is also uncritical of anything. Pointless as a review channel as everything is good to him and he always gets special treatment (like sitting in the cockpit).

Boeing sure makes amazing airplanes. I’ve flown in a lot of 737s but I’ve always wanted to fly in a 787

10:22 looks like you were walking out behind a defense contractor on his way out of Afghanistan, standard dress is polo shirt & cargo trousers, usually carrying a backpack with military colors. The commercial connecting flight out of Bagram is charter (usually Fly Dubai livery) and goes DXB-Bagram-Kandahar-DXB daily, from DXB contractors can connect to any airline for onward travel home. I've been to Afghanistan four times so I have transited DXB more than any other foreign airport, KWI is second.

Great video trip report! As I look through various videos here on RUclips, it always seems to me as though KLM is consistently the most pleasant looking way to travel. And their catering looks excellent. And you see consistently smiles on the faces of the crew members. It doesn't seem as though KLM is skimping on anything as part of the service, although I have to admit it's years since I have flown. I really think my next trip to Europe after the pandemic, I will choose KLM. Thank You!

Once saw a 787 coming in behind a 737... it was amazing to see the size difference
Nan Su And it’s funny because the 787 isn’t really even that big. It’d big yeah, but the -8 is smaller than an A332, the -9 is a bit bigger and the -10 is roughly an A333

KLM’s dreamliner is one of the most beautiful planes. I’m glad to fly with the 787-9 version from AMS to SLC! :DD
Yep the Dreamliner really is a beautiful airplane. When I toured the Boeing factory, they were just attaching the wings to the first one, which means the Dreamliner wasn’t even ready to fly yet. Oh well, I watched a brand new 747 take off on Boeing’s testing runway. That was fun!

Maybe I’m just a Boeing boy but I love the 787-10. It’s probably my favorite aircraft of the new age. Great combination of efficiency, passenger capacity, speed, quietness, reliability, bells and whistles, and good looks.

We were through the Dubai airport last month on our way to Orlando. I thought it was interesting that there were two layers of security. There was a further screening at the gate prior to boarding an Emirates flight. I had just bought an ice coffee and couldn't bring it into the waiting area at the gate. That seemed a bit odd but I'm always good with thorough security. That was a great airport! I love the trip reports you guys do. I appreciate the behind the camera approach. I don't mind a little face time of the person making the video but a little goes a long way. So, thanks for your productions, they are great!

The KLM service standard seems to be very good.
In particular I appreciate they just offer a very light snack at the beginning of the flight allowing pax to sleep as much as they can. I think it's important on a just 6h long flight.
KLM service is pretty good, and usually very friendly.
They've really improved from the early '90s when they were horrible.

Well, it is a widebody. I flew on the 737-900ER for the first time a couple months ago and I was surprised with how long the takeoff roll was, no doubt aircraft as big as the 78 need long t/o rolls. But of course it also depends on how much weight is on the aircraft.

Great review of KLM's brand new 787-10! I have just one small remark. It is 'Schiphol' Airport and not Schipol Airport. Nonetheless, great video and keep up the good work!
Apparently, “Schiphol” roughly translates to “ship’s hell”, as It used to be a harbour. If you are Dutch, can you confirm this?

Took my first KLM flight on a Douglas DC-7 from Vienna to Amsterdam in 1957. Seems to have gone downhill. Was one of my favorites.
Semsem Eini Every airline has gone downhill. KLM took a notable step down the summer of 2018 when they reduced the cabin crew on long haul, but they are still holding on fairly well compared to other airlines.
All in the name of cheap tickets.
I think you forgot that the universal power could be located beneath the seats in front, which is 2 power outlets shared between 3 seats

Nope. Some restrictions on flights from China but that's it so far for the Netherlands.
Most citizens aren't happy about that, but that's what the government decreed...

Because not a single airline operates MD-11 passenger planes anymore. KLM was the last airline to operate passenger MD-11’s and they retired them 6 years ago.

In this day and age it seems a bit of a strange choice not to place universal power outlets between the seats. I get that there is a USB but they often aren't enough in this day and age.

what a horror of a flight time !!seriously why do so many fly threw DXB?the time they dim the lights then breakfast ,you can sleep for what 3 hours ?unless you sleep and miss all food ,then again some airlines would be better to sleep !!

Looks like KLM's 777 seats. I do prefer the 777 over the 787, at least in KLM's configuration. Just a little more room. But you can't beat the 747 for style...
