This is the acoustic version he plays on the Soulection Radio Sessions video.
I couldn't see any other version on YT and the ultimate guitar tabs were just plain wrong, so here's actually what he plays.
I don't have the tabs, sorry. You probably need to be reasonably OK on the guitar to follow along.
