But that’s not a hack, that’s a built in option known to all. A hack might be “if” it was possible to run on 8 oz setting then using the used pod with the “shot” option (if your machine has the shot option and if you could get 2 oz more out of a used pod without watering down the coffee). That would be a hack, getting MORE from a single pod. OP - I hope this helped. Do you now understand the concept of a hack??
Nice but too expensive for me to do this especially When you only basically get 12 pods ( and in some cases 10 which I suspect will become the norm for most Coffee makers who have Keurig cups ) Thanks though for the upload
I have a local grocery store that only sells Keurig boxes that are 10/12 pods per box. Ridiculous. Walmart Neighborhood Market has a lot of options that are 24 or 22 per box and even a few 48 or 60. Even some French Roast boxes that are pretty good and MUCH CHEAPER per pod.
My k supreme keurig coffee maker makes extremely weak (nearly clear) coffee, no flavor. The center prong injects some water, while the other 4 are just dummies, slanted metal caps without any hol to make water flow through into the pod. So disappointed, feel totally ripped off.
Oh great idea! Keurig already has created way way way too much extra garbage in the name of convenience to make coffee. Now you want him to make double the garbage? All because Keurig can never make a strong enough cup of coffee? That's why I won't use them in the first place (the garbage Factor plus the weak coffee factor). It's really not that hard to measure out a small amount of coffee and water for a regular coffee maker. At least then there isn't plastic with the trash, only a very compostable coffee filter and coffee grounds
It's safe, but it's not necessarily better for the machine. Tap water has minerals that can build up, but distilled water is harsh on the machine. Neither is bad in the short term. I actually like to mix tap & distilled
Don't add salt. saline solution devolve salt with water stored in a clean eye dropper container were you can add 1 to 3 drops of it or to taste into your coffee.
That defeats your purpose of getting coffee in the first place in pods if you have to use two cards per cup of coffee then that company isn't selling you good coffee
First, THIS ISN’T A HACK!!! Second, IF it was a hack it would be a SUCKY ONE!! The ONLY time you save is the time to put the cup in place the 2nd time. That’s it!! BUT, your coffee cools down faster since you’re making the second cup well in advance of drinking it. VERDICT: NOT A HACK / IF A HACK, IT SUCKS!!!
The Keurig method is obsolete! You need either pressure or the use of a whisk to create a centrifuge (coffee grounds + hot water) in a jar - then pour your brew through a micro-mesh stainless steel filter - simple ... but don't tell Nespresso I told you!
What a JOKE. The HACK is the person who posted this supposed “hack” What’s next, a hack on how to double the money in your bank account - deposit an equal amount to what is already in the account??
What Keurig tricks do you know?
Pizza hack: When you want more than one slice of pizza, put two slices on your plate.
🤣🤣
@@judi7282brilliant! Or you could cut it in two.
Lol !
So 2 pods for one cup. Money hack for sure. Good grief
@@jmack619you ruined a funny joke.
We use the re-usable coffee pods; we like Peets Major Dickason coffee. Two tablespoons coffee for an 8 oz brew. YUM ...
Do you get a full, strong cup that way ? Seems like that's the real deal if it works
@@bytchesagainstbullshyt3696 Yeah, like you do when you use a percolator; 2 tablespoons for each 8 oz of water.
Boyd's of OR was good, re cycle style K cup. The QC was better, 2010s but I have not drank it in around 6mo.
Using two kpods is not a hack - not beneficial to use twice as much for one cup
It's a good way to get a stronger coffee though, by using the 8 oz option.
But that’s not a hack, that’s a built in option known to all. I do this! I mix a flavored pod with a dark roast
@corvettesbme Ditto! First pod - French vanilla cappuccino; 2nd pod, regular coffee.
This message is brought to you by Keurig.
Using 2 pods for one cup isn't a hack 😂😂😂 it's what you have to do if you want a full cup of strong coffee, but calling it a hack is quite a stretch 😂
Exactly what I was thinking! Smh
Yep, the hack is in the company's favor. It causes you to buy more coffee.
@@annefugate2177 yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if Keurig sponsored this 🤣
You are so right, they need to put more coffee in the k-cups.
Exactly my thought! I'm so tired of everyone calling anything they do a hack! They are hacks (the people, that is)

Awesome. Thanks for your help!
Why make 2 coffees ☕️ with two, 2 pods? 😒 Is Mashed paid off by "Big Coffee"?

Really good thing to do
Did Keurig suggest this hack?

You could try hitting the STRONG button.
I am confused. I keep seeing, you should not use distilled water in your Keurig 2.0 is it safe or not?
It's safe, but it's not necessarily better for the machine. Tap water has minerals that can build up, but distilled water is harsh on the machine. Neither is bad in the short term. I actually like to mix tap & distilled
Those this does work, the only way economically that this makes sense to do is to buy the K Pods in bulk.
My hack to avoid the KCup jail is to buy non Kurig machines
Buy a Cheaper Coffee machine that works the same isall it's about!! Black and Decker lm sure l'm on my 2nd one in 10 yrs.
@@aliciamangar1513 Yeah I bought a really nice one, all the features of the Keurig for around half the price.
I agree I have a drip coffee maker and for when I’m in a hurry I use my keurig machine but keurig coffee does not taste very well
A waste of cups!! Make your own filtered cup.
Might just use a better machine pour over in my opinion greatest way
Don't add salt. saline solution devolve salt with water stored in a clean eye dropper container were you can add 1 to 3 drops of it or to taste into your coffee.
Salt in coffee?? 🤨
🤣 Way to get people to spend as much at home as at a cafe for a cup of coffee
That defeats your purpose of getting coffee in the first place in pods if you have to use two cards per cup of coffee then that company isn't selling you good coffee
You really think consumers are stupid your trick is rideculoys!why don’t you make your strong pods stronger 🤪

invest in a Ninja Pods & Grounds Specialty Single-Serve Coffee Maker nomore keurig machine for me

that's obsolete as well. Just add water to instant coffee. Done and done.
@@mstrikesback168 Only folks with no knowledge or appreciation of freshly roasted, freshly ground and brewed real coffee drink the instant stuff.
