Gameplay of my second submitted map for FE2, Mineshaft Madness.

FLOOD ESCAPE 2 TESTING PLACE:

This will bring you to the testing place, where user-submitted maps can be tested. There is a little pop-up window that you must click on to enter a map ID; after you enter the ID you can enter into the lift. Once you are done testing you can simply reset!

This would be a good edition to FE2. Almost everybody in FE2 would want this for its detail and it's gameplay.
Yea its pretty challenging too. Ive only beaten it once when i was a noob solo, but thanks to seeing this vid i might retry the map
@@meiliholic1497 I've already beaten this map 2 years ago I was 12 at that time and didn't beat the map when I was 11 I'm now 14 and it's still easy for me
@@user-od6ue9zv9u Oh I've retried it and I can beat it consecutively now lol. I took a break from FE2 and played lots of other obby games so when I returned most maps are actually pretty easy.

So the long jumps are a bit hard but mostly the speed run about the level because when your running through it, it makes you rush and if you fail a jump once or twice,there is a possible chance of dieing,the thing that bothers me is that there are a bit to many platforms through the map this is very well designed,for me i would rate this a 78 the map is well built.Thank You!

I dont think you should be disappointed. Its a great map with potential to be better with a few tweaks. I tried submerged science. i totally underestimated it. Dont think it is a normal map -_-
How are you guys trying these maps?
You have to use FE2 Map Test, it's a roblox game.
Once you are in the game, click the top bar, and type in the name, creator or ID of the map (I suggest typing the name, whereas it is much harder to memorize a random string of numbers), and once you've found the map you like, you can play it! :D

Thr part i get lost is when i go into the water were it is really dark on submerged sience.
Mineshaft Madness. I like how far the jumps are, giving a little challenge. and the music fits so well, i'm like in love with the music. And the map layout is so perfect and I'm kinda getting the sinking ship vibes with it. Overall, really nice map. don't be disappointed :)
The least laggiest map I have ever played. Finally a map that isn’t extremely laggy by **cough** **cough** moving platforms. Thank you occida.

Publish it on Roblox then copy the id of the map you have and test it on the flood escape

Lol I watched the video and was like "This doesn't look too hard" and when I read the comments I was like "Ok maybe its harder than I thought." Then I tried to beat the map myself and I was like "WHAT THE HECK HOW DO I BEAT THIS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!"

Well, 'climbing section' is very similiar to sinking ship. I played this map on test server but i couldn't complete it. Music is nice, it fits with gameplay. Keep making maps!

It took me a while, but i finally comleted it! I think corner cutting is the key to be a bit faster in this map, it helped me alot. I really liked this map!
Occida, is one of the shortcuts across the gems on the right to the second button? I’ve seen someone go that way and beat it faster.

feedback:
For the 1st room you unlock, i thought it was lacking a little bit of the theme and i think you can implement some train tracks in unique ways to make it more fun and less of a chore (if you catch my drift). Also, the 1 shortcut makes me cry because the second jump is so hard to land. After the sinking ship part (which is pretty fun), the room after the part at 1:20 feels a little unnecessary and the gameplay at that section could use another shortcut to spice it up. The walking part at 1:30 could use some obstacles to make it a little more tense like making a wall you can jump through or maybe jumping over cans. the wall jumps aren't a bad idea. However, the last button ruins the momentum and adrenaline you've built up after it. The map has a decent shot at getting into the game, but i think you can add a couple more details to seal the deal.
This is one of the best Map for flood escape ever !! In my opinion it should be added right now!!!

I really like the theme. Gameplay looks fun and intense. I think it should be a hard though.

This is a great map. the only gripe I have is that I found it's near impossible to solo the map if the acid touches you in the climbing section at or after the 4th button. I feel like that should just be lava to kill you there instead of continuing the map for an extra 25-35 seconds to eventually die. If there is a shortcut to help with this I'm not aware of it, that'd also be a good idea. Nonetheless this was a great map and I never got bored of playing it while I was testing, good job Occida.
Crazyblox is not really paying attention to the smaller yourubers tho, i would love to see this as a map especially on how mines/caves actually do flood water/lava in real life, and it looks like that you took so much time on this map!
There are 4 shortcuts. 1 U can jump on the diamonds or something in the start. 2 skipp8ng first platform. 4. Jumping over the barrels. 3 is in 1:15. If you wasnt too slow at the climbing section u can fall down and jump on the minecart and jump up. U will be slightly faster.
Btw sorry if i didnt write good im Netherlands and not that good at English.

How do you make flood escape 2 maps, I'm having trouble with mine.
Music is key to telling what kind of water the water is
Not too intense with water, intense with acid and static with lava (except for a part)

Weird thing that the original level that music came from a snowboarding level
Here are my thoughts:
Not really a fan of the first button, you can fall if you hug the wall to much. Some of the sections are a little unclear, like how the third button seems a little out of place. The gameplay isn’t too annoying except for not knowing where you should go. In the climbing section sometimes the ropes holding the platforms are solid, which can get in the way and be confusing. There is also where sometimes you have to walk next to the wall, which can be confusing when you should and when you shouldn’t. Also the button after the climbing section should probably be removed because I feel like it’s just there to waste time. I think the overall design was pulled off well. The colors mix with the design and is quite pleasing. The crystals and torches were a nice touch to the design. I can see this map being in FE2 if some things are changed, but this is definitely a step up from Submerged Science (mostly because of the underwater section being very confusing, like getting the fourth button, some obstacles are hard to see). There are also a good amount of shortcuts, not too many. Overall, nice job Occida. 👍

in 0:24 there is a shortcut to get the button faster. there are some cystals that get you to the button faster. i tried it and it worked
3 short cuts 1. You can jump over crystal at 0.25 2. You can skip this platsform at 0.49 3. You can jump at the barrel at 1.45

Holy other insane map that will make me madness :) but here is idea when water touches (0:47) torch and that torch will extinguished (for more realistic!)
One of the shortcuts is at 0:52. You go on that ledge on the wall, walk the opposite way of the way Occida did, and then climb the ladder you see at 0:57.
Another shortcut is at 0:25. Jump on the green crystal on the left, then jump on the blue one, and then you can jump to the button.

One of the shortcuts is jumping across the crystals on the left wall to the second button.
I might know 8 shortcuts
1: Jumping on the crystals at 0:24 (Which you can see at 0:30)
2: Skipping the First Platform at 0:49
3: Going the right way because using the the truss-jump glitch is faster than walljumps at 0:51
4: Going the left way (all the way) 0:57
5: Using that decoration to skip the truss at 1:04
6: Using the right barrel to get on that ramp quicker 1:06
7: Going down at 1:14
8: Jumping over the barrels at 1:44
+backjumps
