mochi is Japanese!
main cooking ingredient of 떡볶이(Tteokbokki) is 떡(Tteok).
떡 is korea rice cake.
This dish can be served with mozzarella cheese on top of it if you want(cheese will can help to safety eating for the tteokbokki's hot taste lol), or can add more hot or sweet sauce. You can also add other toppings to this dish, including many Eomuk and boiled eggs or quail eggs, green onions, ham or sausage ect. Enjoy your korea dining table!😋🍽

korea use basket that has circular "support" (i donno how to call that basket leg) on the bottom that lets the basket float.
And her shoes is just right beside the rice basket. Even with the circular support bottom, we won’t leave on the floor....

They used the wrapper to make the cheese correctly stick to the rice cake without directly touching it too much but it was removed when they dipped it in the battee

I dunno about this... I'm sure it's been done like to for years, but it's not hygienic to put food on the floor. Also, if you're going to mix things with your hands, make sure it's just your hands; sticking your arms in up to the forearm, ugh. Dunno what all that frozen food was that went into the fryer, but I thought the stew looked pretty good

I don't think there is much of a choice. When handling doughs, batters and mixed items with a high moisture content, gloves would be impractical. The gloves would either be covered in batter, stuck to the gloves or slide right out of their hands. That mixing machine (which I have seen in other videos) is probably the most affordable model available. There are probably other models that are higher off the ground but likely more expensive. And considering the competition, profit is based on numbers sold at a reasonable price.
Perhaps unhygienic by strict medical standards. But with food this is pretty normal.
You can't eat anything outside if you think that's unhygienic:)

쌀 씻을 때 비위생 인정. 근데 찜통은 밑면이 움푹 들어가서 바닥에 바로 닿지 않고 찜통을 쌓을 때도 바닥에 닿는 부분은 아래찜통을 바깥에서 감싸는 형식으로 겹쳐지기 때문에 사실상 쌀과 바닥이 간접접촉 할 일은 없는 듯
