Just like Toya, both Shoto and Uraraka got better people and environment around them that makes the actual differences. And i think Horikoshi did a great job about each characters building, it pays off so well imo
Toga's story is my favorite. It was so good in manga, I don't really know about the animated version tho, the story is really good I don't care about version.
