- Jaime's first flight in the improved (prettified) Twin Cessna. We were thinking about Kansas City but the weather didn't allow it. Instead we went to the farm and had a blast (as always)! We did a couple low passes of the farm on the way to Monroe, Wisconsin airport (EFT). Made a bonfire at the pond and had a relaxing evening topped off with a small firework demonstration. :)

This guy is so relaxed and easy going. He makes flying look like its as easy getting in your car and driving to the grocery store.
Lived in Monroe from 1969-1974. My dad and I flew out of the Monroe hundreds of times in Swiss Colony's 310 ( he worked for Swiss Colony). Dad was a Naval Aviator fresh out of service in late 1968. I was only 10 years old and had so much fun flying with him . Happy Fathers Day Dad.

No Biggie. If you flunk it you can take it again. The big thing is to get your ATP before you are 30 years old so that you have a shot at the Bigs.
Unfortunately I turn 40 today - so flying airliners as a career is not going to happen. I always grew up looking at the sky with a fascination of airplanes, and being poor it was always just a fantasy. Now that I'm deep into my career and actually have the money to achieve this goal, watching the passion these two have sparked the fire in me to actually get this done. I live in Alaska and a majority of my family is in Florida, two of the coolest places in this wonderful and beautiful country of ours! I look forward to flying an hour to the keys instead of driving for 8, and I would love to maybe do some 'bush flying' up here or help out with the local air taxi.. I just love being in the sky... Flying coach sucks but I always make sure to get the window seat!! Kevin and Jamie look so natural I envision my wife and I in their place! Who knows, maybe I'll start up a channel and document my adventures just like you two! You guys coordinate so well together, it’s fun to watch. Oh, and at least you landed without needing a tail hook, reminded me a bit of my Navy days I never minded a rough landing. 👍🏻👍🏻

Jaime, great to see you back in the right seat. Kevin, it warmed my heart to see that Hawker sitting on the ramp at Monroe. I flew as a corporate pilot for 36 years, and 18 of those years was in a Hawker. The last version, the Hawker 900, was the final revision of that series. A real sweet airplane to fly, plenty of power, and no bad manners. Not real fast, about 455 knots/M.78. Typically configured for 8 pax, certified to 41,000 feet, with a range of about 2600 NM. Flew into Aurora many times, so I'm very familiar with your home port. I fly a little lower and slower these days, a Stinson 108. Stinson guy.
OK. 1BC is back. Jamie is back. The world now has my permission to carry on. :-)

1BC sure is a beautiful Cessna. Even more pretty with the modifications you made with the instrument panel and the visors. Love 1BC's engine purring like a cat during flight and glad you had fun at the farm.
Great to see Jaime back. She has a great sense of humor and great beauty as well. You two can make a pair beat 3 of a kind any day with your great videos. I think you may have beat a record for the number of comments!

I work offshore in the gulf of mexico on a production platform and I have a lot of free time so I watch your videos all the time. I love aviation and back in the 90's while in college I needed a job so I went to work at Paul Fournet air service refueling commercial airliners and taking care of all the private planes. You and your wife make awesome and entertaining videos for us enthusiast. Greatly appreciate it and always look forward to your next video.

We have already spent 7 days up in the backwoods of northern Nevada, and planning another run with the SXS's over Fathers Day.
I must say Kevin and Jaimie, it has been a pleasure watching your videos during this covid 19 fiasco. I worked for Northwest/Delta for 30 years and flew all over the world but seeing you two fly the short and some long trips and of course closer to the ground has been nothing short of fantastic.... Your living the dream!!

Just started watching your flight videos. They are grea-ea-ea-ea-t. Binge watched since you picked up the "new" paint job in Florida. I flew back in the early 70's, but didn't maintain, so I will fly with you. Stay safe.

I new Illinois had a lot of rain recently but those fields were crazy. Good to see 1BC and our favorite copilot back in the air. Safe flying.
I live in Missouri and from what I hear things will be back open early next week .Getting back to normal or as normal as can be. Love your content and it's good to see you both back in the plane.

We hail from the Hoosier state but currently live on the east coast. So jealous of your freedom to visit family in rural areas during all of this... We are still holding close to home and taking great care. Seeing new spikes near here and near relatives in the Carolina's. Happy for you though. Hope both of you have been able to continue working with the falloff of traffic. Love the new paint. The past 18 months have seen quite the redevelopment of 1BC.
Kevin, it’s the new slick paint job that’s giving you landing issues! It’s a little smoother and slicker not like the old peeling paint. Try loosing your grip on the yoke a little, it will make a big difference! Jamie, love your choice of colors! 1BC and your hair! Both are stunning! Wendell

I knew this was going to be a great video when Kevin was 'banging his head on the table' while waiting for Jaime. Lol!
The comment about practicing your crop dusting skills reminded me of when I was a kid. I grew up on a farm near Oshkosh, WI, and one of the area farmers son had a crop dusting business. I was out one morning on a small tractor in a large field when he flew the Air Tractor from behind me, at 140mph, over my head only about 20' off the ground. I didn't "soil myself", but my heart did jump into my throat! I don't know what kind of FAA rules he might have been breaking, but I can tell you this story now because he passed away about 15 years ago. I can still remember my Dad laughing when I told him the story.

Glad to see Jaime back in the air doing her thing. I didn’t mean with the, “Sun Visor”. Love your channel. I live in NY and visited JFK which has become a ghost town. To add insult to injury, I had to drop off a friend at LGA where I expected to see more signs of life. It’s not happening in NY. Enjoyed the short flight to “The Farm” and the flyover. 771BC is a great looking airplane! Take care and be safe!

Absolutely beautiful with the fire and being down by the lake. Jamie, you did well choosing the farm for a couple of down days. Hope you enjoy them. BTW, Jamie does need a few touch and go's. The only acceptable landing on his way backk was in Murfreesboro, when he stopped for gas. It was a beauty. Enjoy yourselves!

Happened upon this video today. Been watching your latest videos for the past month or so. I couldn’t get over how good Jaime is on the radio and how well both of you work together as a crew. Most importantly you both have fun! And you both are very down to earth human beings! Thank you for genuinely being yourselves. I’m glad to have “met” you.
So now I know Jamie is a controller. I’m guessing Kevin that you are too? Jaime, it’s interesting to hear your responses and procedures when talking with ATC. It’s also interesting to hear a controller’s point of view on things while said controllers are crewing an airplane in the ATC environment. Keep up the good work. You guys do an excellent job!!
I’ve been flying professionally (corporate aviation) all of my life. Soloed at 16. You are both great teachers. Thank you for your time putting videos out there so that we can all learn from you!

Another get video, Kevin. Love when you and Jaime Fly together, you on the controls and she's doing the chat with the flight controllers. And thanks for tipping the wings for the shot of the farm spectacular view. How about getting baseball caps made with a drawing of the 310 and the numbers "771" above the plane and spell out "Bravo Charlie" under the plane, would be awesome. I always love the farm trips! Dreamland for me. Was great to see the place from the air - really puts things in perspective. There's ALOT of land out there!!! LOVE it! And 1BC looks friggin amazing! GREAT vid, Kevin & Jamie!
Flew a 310R for many years brought back memory’s.
Been checking out your vids for a while now. First off, love the new suit! Next thing is I've gotten to the point where watching your vids have almost become soothing to me. No drama, no blah, blah, blah. That said though, I thought there was gonna be some scrapping going on in reference to the auto pilot voice. "No sass"? Dude! Did you have a memory lapse for a second? LOL.

So good to see you up and flying again. The landing comment cracked me up, I guess it has been a while since you’ve flown that gorgeous plan on a regular basis. Im telling you, those tail colors and layout are fighter jet cool! And the comment of the year was, “...her husbands not a pilot!”

I am socially distant from you guys and enjoying the first flight with Jaime. The flyover clip was great. Hope to see lots more flying soon.
I thought about you guys on Sunday night. We were heading back to Texas after being in Missouri for my nephew's graduation. We stopped in Wichita, KS to stay with some friends on Sunday night. They took us to Stearman Field Bar & Grill in Benton, KS for dinner. Awesome food and we had lots of fun watching the planes fly in and out. There was a guy there with a biplane giving rides and another guy there with a STOL plane doing some practice takeoffs and landings. There even was a twin Cessna taking off when we got there. BTW, we were in KC on Saturday and the two restaurants we visited were running at 50% capacity, but we had no issues getting a table! Be safe and love the new paint job!
Funny you should mention Stearman Field. We were hoping to go to a fly-in there in July but not sure we can get the time off work for it. Fingers crossed! Thanks for the heads up on KC as well. :)

Kevin, Great job on the video and the plane looks great. Hope more things are opening up so you guys can get out and about. Kansas City does have great BBQ.
