I have Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and for some reason i didnt even get MIUI 14. Should i at first install MIUI 14 and then HyperOS or can I just go with HyperOS instantly? Also if install the rom will everything get deleted on my phone?
So weird there's no choosing update package option they just making me downloading the lastest package. Does it mean i already have the package?

I don't think it makes too much sense to install HyperOS using a ROM since Xiaomi announced HyperOS to be released for almost every SUPPORTED device in the first quarter of the year. So either this month (or what's remaining), next month (February) or in March.

For some reason i got the update it updated to the HyperOs but 1 day later after school my phone would be stuck in reovery mode i couldn't launch into the system into the Safe Mode so i had to Wipe Data and now i need to do this (i have Xiaomi Redmi Note 12s)

Hi, it only for same version. If China version to Global version, you should use the fastboot to install the different version.
Do we need to download also for MIUI 14 files even though we are already on MIUI 14?
MIUI ROM file depends on what version you using currently and HyperOS ROM file just using the latest version.
