I always wait for the acrylic to become a bit more compact before pouring. I think that if it's added while it's so fluid, there's a chance of porosity and it's also inconvenient to work with

@@ecekemal4607 well I used to do it without pressure pot for quite time. Just in that case I've waited for a little longer for acrylic to set (when touch with spatula "hairs" are pulled back), then put little bit of monomer again on acryl. But I prefered to put it in warm-hot water for 10-15mins.
But pressure pot prevents porosity better.

Excellent reparation but this denture is going to crack again and again...
The reason is that teeth were not placed at the top of alveolar ridge ,
So , occlusal forces tend to rotate the denture on both sides !

I use Adhesive, and my dentures stay in place for about a week even when I try to take them out. So I just brush them with a soft bristled toothbrush like they were the originals. I don't know if I should give the product name or not, so I won't. Not until I find out if it's ok!
A whole week??? Even by brushing the teeth twice a day??
I am lucky my teeth stays in 4 hours, then they are lose, and make my mouth so sore.
1. Составляешь протез и промазываешь супер-клеем по линии излома.
2. Делаешь гипсовую модель.
3. На микромоторе убираешь 1-2мм от линии излома
4. Изолируешь модель (и то не всегда)
5. Замешиваешь пластмассу ХО в нужном количестве, пакуешь (макая палец в мономер можно загладить поверхность)
6. Рекомендуется положить в полимеризатор, если нет можно обойтись горячей водой в любой емкости.
7. Обработка, Шлифовка, Полировка.
Делов на 20-30 мин, смотря как гипс сохнет

when all the natural teeth are removed along with the root the jawbones always change their shape and dentures have to be constantly renewed.

Hi im Troy from Sydney Australia I payed a lot of money for my Dencher . It a little disappointing to know what they can be broken . I'd be so upset if mine did brake.
Even the best dentures can break.Your ridges continue to shrink after the teeth are extracted.If they shrink to much and the denture is not relined or replaced ,the voids between the denture and the ridge could cause the denture to torque when chewing causing the denture to crack or break.

when I was working on repairs I always used crazy glue never wax ... it's faster and easy to handle

Like that it loses flexibility and it's just harder to repair (to put broken peaces together) after it breaks again. Because it definitelly will, except dropping it and breaking like that. It breaks for different reasons, mostly from positioning teeth of the occlusal ridge

No no you can not do
It's basically the same acrylic used in doing nails but a lot wetter, you probably could do it at home but you would need primer, binder & a nail drill will cutting & polishing tips, all can be bought online!

These are cheap dentures costing alot of money and not worth buying in the first place cause they break with in a couple of months. The best ones are metal plates with the plastic teeth on them them. The will last a decade or more.

Looks like the posterior teeth are set wide of the ridge which in itself will cause the denture to break.
