I think Ahsoka is the greatest apprentice. Over the course of the Clone Wars we see her mature and grow, applying the lessons Anakin taught her to be able to survive and win battles when he's not around. She even helps Anakin grow as a person too, since he has to be responsible and teach her.
@@inarencommander4663 As well as I can hope with a Disney series looming in the distance! There is a very real chance they will mess up my character and do something crazy like make me abandon all hope! Even if lost hope and then regain it, it will be no good because the point of my character has always been that I never gave up and never lost faith!
Yes obi really shows his strength, he may not be the most powerful and have raw talent but he make up for it in so many ways and if we are also including Star Wars the clone wars series it really shows his character and the pain he has faced but doesn’t let that control him
Can you blame Obi Wan? How would you feel if you got pushed aside by your master to train another apprentice? Training Anakin was the will of the Force but we have to at least consider Obi wan’s perspective. There was probably more for Obi Wan to learn from Qui Gon and he definitely could have learned more if Qui Gon hadn’t died.
"After Obi-Wan and the team rescue the Queen and reach Tatooine..." Sounds like a children's story book 😅😅 I was born in 1983 and saw the Star Wars movies as I grew up.. Even when they re-did them as "special edition" VHS tapes when I was a teenager. Even then I honestly didn't have a favourite Star Wars character. Then the prequels came along and Obi-Wan became my favourite Star Wars character. His story arc is so awesome, his duelling style, his witty sense of humour and his strategic and tactical way of thinking. Seeing this Padawan go from being just that to becoming one of the most legendary characters in the Star Wars universe was just awesome!
lol, when you put it like that it kinda does And yeah, when you combine his arc in the prequels with that in the OT he feels all the more fleshed out and complete in all the right ways

@@KraziKazi Thanks for letting me know, I hope that the next ones you release will be about Anakin and Luke since they share very parallel lives? Who is the greatest apprentice in Star Wars and why?
Qui gon as the apprentice of Dooku
Probably Luke to Yoda.
Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan was very mature, skilled and wise compared to all other young apprentices

Obi wan Kenobi
Kenobi truly is an all-time great. Everybody loves him in the OT and Prequels, and Disney even knew not to mess him up in the Sequels.
Well, they made Force ghosts capable of everything and Obi-Wan didn't do anything...But there's Kenobi coming to finish the job.

I completely agree, his ability to overcome his weaknesses and pain that he endures make him feel all the more relatable
What you call pessimism in obi wan I always interpreted as jealousy, that he was afraid he would be replaced by Anakin

Apparently Obi Wan Kenobi was almost become a temple guard if he did not get picked by Qui Gonn
Nice
Well of course I know him. He's me.
Do Grievous
You should of made this after the kenobi series came out
Great video, new subscriber from me 👍
Hello there!
General Kenobi! You are a bold one!
I wouldn’t say beat… but I would say most tragic.
I gotta say ahsoka is the best apprentice. She was written to grow up with her own compass opposed to Anakin, Obi Wan and the Jedi order as a whole.
Do Chewbacca
Fun fact. Ewan McGregor and I share a birthday. Kind of a good point of pride being born on the same day as Obi freaking Wan Kenobi.
