@@fredmckinney3418 Crime has literally been going down in Atlanta since the nineties with a brief spike during the height of the pandemic. Got nothing against isolating and stockpiling weapons, but doing it because you think the perimeter is a warzone is positively insane.

This was so kool. I was with you about 90% of the time then you lost me about 3 times. I've been living here in Atlanta over 30 yrs and couple places i was totally lost then recognized a land mark or a street sign and I was like Oh!!!!! Ok I know where I'm at now. 😅 you drove pass my job and very close to where I live. So much has changed and it's constantly changing. Great vedio.

Yes, truly an amazing city Atlanta
Best city I’ve lived in and love seeing how it’s progressed over the years. It is a boom town, as evidenced by the perpetual multitude of high-rise cranes. The ‘burbs of GA are not so great, but the ATL is rich in culture with many things to do and see. Food choices are vast, and I discovered a love for ‘Southern Food’ here. The art scene is tops, second only to LA but not yet like NY. I cherish the memories of many peek experiences I had in Terminus City now known as the ATL-

Best vid ever. Of course I am from Atlanta. I worked downtown for around 11 years. It sure has changed. I lived in mid town and Buckhead for several years. Absolutely loved it except for the crime and worst of all the traffic. You were really smart to do this on a weekend.
Many of the housed you passed in mid-town looked like they might be word 200k or so really might be 750k up. Many of the old houses in mid-town were built in the 1940s. Everything in the city is sky high price wise. Except for the hoods of course.

We lived there for over 10 years and keep coming back. It's changing a lot in many positive ways, there are lots of new places and people are usually friendly ;) A TOWN!

I go to Georgia state university in the Atlanta campus and the number of homeless ppl laying in the street is too much, the smell is so bad there and theses garbage on the ground. I love Atlanta but it really needs to step up its game just like every other American city.
This is a sad reality of many cities in the US today.
I hate sitting in traffic in Atlanta, but I will sit at my laptop and watch this video of Atlanta for an hour because I love this city so much, plus I'm not driving. (takes another sip)

Most definitely. Make sure you stay out of big crowds, but there are many places to hang out. Piedmont Park, we posted some videos of The Atlanta Beltline, Ponce City Market and Atlantic Station which all have plenty of open spaces. Have fun in the "A"
