Love the old scouts my dad had a few when i was younger think it was a 63 4x4 used to plow with it remember it had a cb radio on it that had tubes to make it work main head unit was mounted on rear wheel well he got rid of it when bought new scout in 73

If only it was that easy. I tried the bill of sale, then DMV wanted the seller to fill out a bunch of paperwork and a statement of how they acquired the truck, they want me to fill out the same statement. Also have to get a VIN inspection by DMV or Highway patrol and have the vehicle weighed.

Great videos....... question I have a chance to get a 1984 ford ranger with the 2.2 perkins diesel with 65,000 miles and rust free, is this a good little motor to pull like a 4wheeler on a small trailer and what can be done to get a little more power from that motor?
You probably can't get much more power out of it. Putting a turbo on, is about all you can do.
hey steve no offense, as i always luved your shows,but most states when vehicle is over 25 years old with no title,you can get pretty easy get one threw the state they live in.just need a form from the dmv and a cop to come look at it and verify the vin #.i went on (dirt legal) for info and they wanted like $1600 for me to get a title.i know times are hard,but please dont sell out!!these guys are a scam!!
