I can't believe that the developers made a full game about escort missons...

For anyone curious: Sir David Attenborough was a child/in university during the war and served in the navy during the post-war years... in the Firth of Forth. He has almost definitely never bayonetted anyone unless it was on his own time.
He definitely bayonettes people in his spare time. That is he prolongs his life.
I love how the character names are the most stereotypical American names that a non-American could come up with
Family tragedy book ended with a 12 year addiction. 8 years unemployed. Tomorrow is two months clean and I start work again on June 13th. I've had the Worst Games full playlist from @TheTickCartoon on repeat day and night for the last 4 months during the toughest of times. This isn't a twitch donation looking for attention. It doesn't matter at all, but "Police Chase Down" sounds weird because it looks like it wants to be read as a transitive verb (chase [sth./smn.] down) and lacks an object, instead of as a noun (chasedown).
Doesn't the president have their own secret service detail and usually a couple of other cars in the convoy? Damn you, budget cuts!
Looked this up recently because I saw the Simple Series version for sale. We PAL gamers were blessed with many good 'bad' games localisations. This isn't really one of them.
I haven't laughed this hard at a Worst Games Ever in a long time. Well done, boys.

I know it probably feels awkward to go to a pub and ask for a couple takeaway containers, but you guys are going to either buck-up and do it, or get some duct tape to keep the top on the "Hot & Fresh Science Facts^TM".
Peter... question, did you intend to name Harold Shipman (infamous serial killer) when you were talking about the hypothetical 5th unlockable character? Or was that just a random name that came to mind? Honestly, he'd probably make a slightly more appropriate operative than Mi5's Top Detective or whatever.
1000% this was intentional.
Why is he driving a petrol-powered limo? Because an armored limo is too heavy for the inefficiencies of an electric-powered battery and engine. Which in itself would be too heavy to operate for its intended purpose, as the recharging batteries in electric vehicles are themselves 1500-2000 lbs for your normal car, and for heavier vehicles like this 4000+ lbs.
Finally an action/escort mission video game where YOU get to be Sir. David Attenborough’s bodyguard.

Police Chase Down, is an observation, suggesting that the police chase a baddie, or group of baddies, known as 'Down'.
It's something that happens.
Agetec did publish a lot of interesting games in this era incliudng a bunch of From Software's games, as well as Disaster Report/Raw Danger/SOS:The Final Escape games.
I had to watch this cause I needed to know how in the world the escort version of London Racer Police Madness can lead to a conversation on Sir Attenborough meting out vigilante justice.
As well as being the government's number one detective in the country, he is also the country's number one womans shoes saleman. For those who aren't aware his files were just cleared to the public. This shows his dedication to his craft of women's shoes sales now that we know his job was no more than a cover. He was placed in the shoe store as a way to get close to his targets wife. The wife mentioned being Marcy whose husband is Steve Rhodes, the countries biggest counterfeiter who is also wanted for the murder of his last wife after she went to law enforcement once she came home early to find Steve packaging his bills for sale. Though his target eluded capture and went on the run he later came back and was caught by the FBI due to Als long term cover making steve trust Al and return looking for help.

The grammar of the title is all messed up. The title should just be "Police Chase", as that is what they do when trying to apprehend a suspected criminal who is on the run. When they catch the suspect, they chased them down. There is no such thing as a police chase down. There is a police chase, and they chase you down. But there is no police chase down.
not one mention of robocop's auto-9 on the cover of the game, and then his conspicuous lack of involvement in the game

Chase is a transitive verb, so it requires a direct object. Down is not a noun so it can't be used as an object, direct or otherwise. No need to thank me :)

personally i think it looks decent but a bit janky (like a lot of simple games really); simple has had both better and worse games than this

I quite liked it growing up, but that was because I never played the games before. Once I got to know them, it soured the experience quite a bit.
nuts & bolts is pretty underrated
the only element that could possibly make it qualify for a wge is it not supporting 4:3/being 16:9 only (and for no good reason! earlier titles like kameo and perfect dark zero had 4:3 support)
Not every game is either an underrated masterpiece or garbage, there exists mediocrity too.

You B' I hear you like escort missions... Seriously, an entire game that is just escort missions. If you take this game, put it in an oven at 350F for 90m then pull it out, you will smell a unique smell. That smell is absolute failure.
