As a good friend of the original Dreamfinder himself, and a Disney Archivist, there is so little media of Figment today despite his popularity. I did, however, get permission to archive copies of the only produced Figment series. It was released to schools in the early 80s as an educational set of VHS tapes. It was what eventually ended up being made instead of Dreamfinders. You can blame the decision of it not getting made on Michael Eisner as he wasn’t a fan of the concept & hated Figment.
i remember watching liv and maddie, being amazed at how both of dove cameron's characters were in one shot at the same time. yes, dove cameron played both the title characters. then again, i was 12 and knew nothing about video editing.
You forgot one: Little Mermaid's Island. It was actually produced by the Jim Henson Company I think and honestly, deserves to be lost because it honestly differs GREATLY from the films. There was also a show that premiered on Playhouse Disney in 1994 on the same day Timon & Pumbaa premiered called Sing Me A Story With Belle which basically revolved around Belle owning her fathers bookshop (kind of strange considering she was a princess) and had a very similar format to Out Of The Box (with kids and all) but was quickly swept under the rug due to Timon & Pumbaa scoring higher in the ratings. It's honestly quite a shame because I Woulda liked to have seen what that show could be
Also Dreamfinders was never made sadly. Just a proposed concept. I’m friends with Ron Schneider & he did record SOME lines, as it was possibly going to be animated as well
Hi there is another forgotten Disney show called The Legends of the Ring of Fire can you talk about in your next episode and big short Mouse there was a failed Disney pilot the no one talks about
If you ever get around to another Disney list, you should cover “Very important house” a pilot made by Invader Zim’s creator that was turned down in 2016 and hasn’t resurfaced
Okay, so these aren’t necessarily episodes, but back in 2010 (I believe), Disney Channel had this sponsorship with Verizon and I remember there was more than one “Verizon is a proud sponsor of Disney Channel” commercial. It had this specific guitar riff that I can play in my head, but I just can’t find the thing online. Maybe I’m just dreaming? Was there more than one Verizon commercial?
@@TheShyNarwhal My best friend did interviews with most of the original cast. Check out TiaraTalk. She’s gotten to interview a lot of Disney legends as well for the podcast
Not really related but a piece of formerly lost media is a song called "Sea Shells" by a person known as "Jeri Jordans" It was found by RUclipsr Daniel tinaglia (better known in the Ninjago community as DTinagliaStudios) who found it at a local toy shop, their is low documentation with only a discogs page being the only proof of it's existence prior, So me and Daniel need to spark interest in this song and learn more info about it's origins.
It's not fake I vivid remember liv and Maddie pilot remember watching it years ago it was just liv coming home then fighting wit Maddie bc of how liv gets all the attention then realize its their b-day
At least you can still understand what she means. I've watched channels that just put dead air over words that might get them demonetized and it makes the whole video a mad lib.
Shoot, I just realized that I spelt “original” wrong...I’ve rewatched this video so many times and somehow I missed that...sorry guys 🤦🏽♀️
Don’t be too hard on yourself Sky Narwhal it happens, besides it happens more than you’d think lol.
I didn't even notices
So It's all Good!
oh my god, I completely forgot about imagination movers, I used to love that show
Yeah i forgot that show too
And i also love that show
I remember that show too, my little kid self enjoy a bit of Nick Jr and Playhouse Disney (not just Cartoon Network and Nick)
I still love Imagination Movers to this day, and I'm fifteen. It was one of my favorite shows as a kid.
@@ThePipofDespair I wonder where I could see it
I watched the imagination movers as a kid. It’s freaking cool man!
Figment is one of my favorite Disney characters! I would have loved if that show was made.

Right? He’s so adorable and I just love him so much.

Bear In The Big Blue House was great. I'd be interested in seeing the pilot if it's ever unearthed.

I’ve never heard of these! I might have to do a part two to this video at some point!
I have all the episodes of Little Mermaid Island by The Henson Company ❤️
Congrats on 500 Subscribers!
Thank you! :)
Lost anime episodes or lost anime in general
been binge watching all of your videos, keep up the great work!!
The Shy Narwhal The pilot for Imagination Movers has just been uploaded on RUclips and Reddit yesterday.
I used to love bear in the big blue house. We even nicknamed our dog “bear” because she looks like... bear, I guess.
Also Dreamfinders was never made sadly. Just a proposed concept. I’m friends with Ron Schneider & he did record SOME lines, as it was possibly going to be animated as well
Bunk'd Season 3 had an unaired episode titled "When Bears Attract!" and nobody knows why it never aired lol.
Wow, I love your videos! Keep up the great work
The ID reminds me of Cameron Boyce. :'(
Aw :(
@@TheShyNarwhal I miss him.

I Wish The Adventures In Wonderland Episode Was Played Because It Was Made For 6-11 Year Olds They Wouldn't Know Who OJ Is
Am I the only one that thought liv and maddie were played by actual twins
I’m going to be 13 in 24 hours, do I count yet?
Can you do 5 Lost Cartoon Network Episodes
rip disny channel
It's not fake I vivid remember liv and Maddie pilot remember watching it years ago it was just liv coming home then fighting wit Maddie bc of how liv gets all the attention then realize its their b-day
Liv and Maddie had 4 seasons?
Yep! :)
Why does "Dreamfinders" sound like an old PBS show?
It kinda does!
yay another video
Why did you blur out murder?
Because RUclips can be kind of sensitive when it comes to the topic of murder, so I was just trying to stay on the safe side :)
@@TheShyNarwhal ok
cool
the bleep was a mastake
So cute
Imagine censoring the word "M**er"
Lol, RUclips can be pretty touchy with the topic of murder, so I censored it just in case.
