M+ blanks out in controller mode using windows after this update. Ni community/support says to downgrade back to last version. So now i and thousands of others dont have a controller.

i downgraded, selected maschine 2 and PLug ins install (not AAX), and when asked which hardware options the M+ wasnt an option so i just left them all blank and was able to click install and so far all is back to normal@@BlezzBeats just in case others were worried about the downgrade process

Would be cool if the piano window was more flexible like holy cow!! When you’re writing the notes in there’s no sound unless you touch the keys on the left side?
Sounds great can't wait to get into it but I have just one question what is what is the auto looping function function on the MK3
Each sound that's sampled in this video is one note right, to extend that note and be able to play it for as long as you want you need to set loop points to loop a section as you hold the key down. Generally you have to do that yourself in a sampler, Maschine's auto sampler does it for you.
Does creating more samples in the auto-sampler (i.e. smaller 'strides') make it more CPU intensive on the Maschine+. Like many other users, I find the CPU on the Maschine+ sub-optimal (in an otherwise beautiful instrument), so would like to minimise demand on CPU. But if more samples doesn't increase CPU demand much then I presume creating more samples in the auto-sampler will make the sound of the auto sampler better. Any advice welcome

2.15 is a software update, not sure exactly when the + update comes but pretty soon and it should have the same features 👌🏻

Chord inversions please. How it works
I don't get it: for example, set the "note on" to 2 s and the sample time to 5 s means that the release sample should start after 2 s and the loop should end at 2s or before (length 2s - x). Here the autoloop feature creates crap, no ping pong loop etc.. And you only get a sampled instrument which is compatible to Maschine. There are so many things I realy need (piano roll improvements, beziere curves in automation, midi in vsts etc.) Right now the sample feature is much better programmed in third party software which can build kontakt sounds by the way which you can use in different programms. NI should really rethink their priority list (as usual I have to say).
How do you access the chord inversions?

No 3rd party VST3 plugin support is a shame. Hope NI fixes this in the near future.

Yes if you are getting better results then OK because no matter what you use audience is not interested at all. It's end result that is matter.

native instruments iz cray dog..maschine plus needs to be able to program your own synths..
itz still not there..plus they dropped the price by300 bucks..I bought when first came out..
it’s the last sampler I will ever need for sure but it’s a bit of a bad feeling investing in such expensive

aware of its existence..the GUI just isn’t there yet for the wavetable and fm synths..massive fm8 ..
this should be top priority..it’s just a preset playa atm

@@fasterdetail agree, and more visual gui's aren't possible unfortunately as far as I've understood. I think miniskool has the easiest layout but yeah just subtractive synthesis. All the parameters for other synths could be rearranged to be more intuitive too though
Most synths like massive, have way too many parameters to control, to efficiently do this from 8 knob pages on the controller. When it comes to sound design you're better off on the computer. I'd only dump sounds on the M+ after I liked the sounds, and used the M+ just as a sequencer and maybe to sample some vinyl
