The older lady is more of the classic Milanese style but alot of young people do dress the way the rest did. There's a strong punk/rebel culture now.

If what we see in this video is "Style" then the word is definitely not equivalent to well dressed. Only the one older lady was elegant and had a sense of how to dress. But then again what do I know.
