Really disappointed in this commentator. She had no appreciation for the creative aesthetic of the interviewees. Everything was filtered through her own preferences and how she would make it "right."
The title was, what people are wearing in Paris in the fall. Not what they should be wearing or, “I would wear heels”. Here’s a critique. Truly fashionable women don’t wear high heels often.
I'd rather that Amina not give her opinions of her heels preference. I think these individuals all looked chic. Great, classy style. Effortless and they wore their clothes beautifully.
The problem with wearing high heels in Paris is that it is difficult to walk with them on the uneven streets. Not to mention that it is horrible for the back and feet.
I liked the girl in the oversized blazer with the red shoes the most. Most beautiful outfit so far. But feel like Muaddi did not understand. Also flat shoes are prettier-a smaller heel makes the outfit more effortless!
Love this Paris Street Style series!!! I love to hear locals speak French (sounds so lovely ❤❤) but im glad the host speaks in English (as I cannot understand French)! So I appreciate that. I hope you do a series about Parisian Streetstyle and their purses / bags.
I love Fatou style. It's effortless and original in the same time. Every piece look put well together and fit her. I love her bomber jacket. My favourite look of the entire video. Sorry for my English I'm French.
She had great presence on camera too. I wonder if she is an actor - or a dancer? Loved her look and her way of interacting with the viewer, very expressive. *Charisma*
Girl at 9:03 crushed it, not only did she throw the outfit together from a lot of different styles, her pieces had a lot of meaning and story behind them. Love that!
Making juicy couture look chic and high fashion Lol but i have to laugh its always the "i got it from a friend/mom/dad /grandma" if i took my dad's clothes he would beat me up loll also his style isnt stylish
I would have done this, I would have worn that... God we don't care, it's not about you! To be honest none of the outfits was really groundbreaking, like I've seen better videos on here. Btw the oversized blazer one was my fave and it was perfect as it was, a pump (as suggested by the commentator) would have resulted "off" with the rest of the outfit + it wouldn't have matched the vibe of the woman wearing it... But I guess the concept of not wanting everybody to have the same sense of style as yours is too deep to understand when you're so self-centered.
was my fav outfit too! Probably also of all the video series. But Muaddi seems to have no good understanding of what fashion is. French Style is effortless, masculine, practical and that's why it is chic! Muaddi looks more like the Kardashian vibe tbh...
I like this style of Street Fashion review. Its nicely edited, with street interviews, host narrative of their view, and a inclusion of mix ethnicities. Much more enjoyable than running around solo asking the same question.
The girl with the oversized blazer and the Fatou, were my favourites. And you don't wear heels all the time, especially in the afternoon, when running to lunch, meetings, shopping, college, whatever. It just looks too overdressed and try hard, not to mention It's actually trendier and fashion-forward to wear flats and low heels (up to two inches). That said, high heels are a classic for formal events.. All clothing items should come with instructions on when to wear them :)).
Amina constantly talking about how she would've worn higher heels just shows how she's not Parisian and doesn't really get their superior effortless taste in fashion.
Why does she criticize people way of dressing. All of them are fashionable, everyone has their own taste. She says “I would’ve preferred higher heels”.” Maybe the girl needs to walks several blocks during the day…
I like Amina, but wow I would’ve thought that she had more fashion knowledge/vocabulary than this🫤 “Chic” or “I would’ve, I do” girllll 🙄Everyone had great personal style, but her commentary was so lackluster for a designer & too self centered.
This is my favourite Vogue video, I loved Amina's comments and choice of outfits, all simple, chic and reflecting the wearer's style and personality, so many other reviewers on Vogue's videos just seem to choose wacky outfits, but Amina has real style and is not a fashion victim. I also like the references to sustainable fashion.
The commentator was a bit of a Debbie downer, the world doesnt evolve around her or her esthetic. I loved the originality of the people being interviewed, they had great style. Next time its better not to have someone who lacks a critical fashion eye.
When she said she would have preferred the look with heels instead of those beautiful burgundy ankle boots she lost me. She isn’t right for this video because her style is very far from the effortless French style, I mean just look at her shoe line🤦🏻♀️
Wish Vogue would bring a designer, or creative director of a brand to comment instead. I am sure the influencer hosting has a good eye, but she is not great at adding value to what we are seeing
She's a successful shoe designer actually. Her shoes are really nice (and very popular). It's more like she doesn't have a broad knowledge of fashion or a critical eye so she couldn't give valuable commentary without having to refer to herself or her own style, which isn't the point of the video.
1:36 "Coucou moi se Fatou, 34ans" sis said She's 34 y/o 🥳 ✨looking like 18 ans. Most of them has similar styles, like the same group of friends. Nothing outstanding
I actually like that this videos commentator said what she liked versus just talking up the brands or things she doesn't have preference for because it showcases different personality. It's okay to say your personal preferences, it's just a different kind of commentary. Sometimes I don't get through these particular videos because it feels like they are only talking up the designers and clothes and not giving their actual opinion, or are playing very safe. I'd say it's harder to not play it safe especially as a model. But I can totally understand why people felt she hadn't understood what the point of this video was. Edit: Also I just looked her up on Google, and I think she has her own shoe brand, so clearly she's very interested in her own style and that's okay lol. At least she didn't self advertise!
me practicing my lines in case someone from vogue asks about my outfit when i go out
Always be ready!
😂😂😂😂
me af😅😅
omg i do this
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Honestly why she keeps referring to her own style, you are here to admire and appreciate different street style 👁👄👁
Right and give fashion commentary
Really disappointed in this commentator. She had no appreciation for the creative aesthetic of the interviewees. Everything was filtered through her own preferences and how she would make it "right."
Agreed! Much better commentators in previous videos.
I was just about to comment the same thing. It no longer becomes about the array of various tastes and styles but all about her!
Couldn’t agreed more
The title was, what people are wearing in Paris in the fall. Not what they should be wearing or, “I would wear heels”. Here’s a critique. Truly fashionable women don’t wear high heels often.
OMG, YES, someone noticed! She's so annoying and gives horrible suggestions.
I'd rather that Amina not give her opinions of her heels preference. I think these individuals all looked chic. Great, classy style. Effortless and they wore their clothes beautifully.
Yeah, she didn't have much insight or much to contribute. All the outfits were beautiful and suit them so well.

Mais c est tellement ca ME MYSELF AND I ...... iam iam iam personnaly iam...... dommage parce que les streetstylers avaient du style breeeef
Complètement d'accord
I love Amina but I don’t think she understood the assignment.
SHE DIDNT INDEED!! Boring tbh
The looks are pretty cool! But the commentator really is all about her own taste and doesn't analyse any of the outfits...
The problem with wearing high heels in Paris is that it is difficult to walk with them on the uneven streets. Not to mention that it is horrible for the back and feet.
And theres a lot of walking
True, she doesn't realize the inpracticality of wearing heels in Paris.
The black guy understood the assignment. He killed it for me. The most effortless edgy I’ve ever seen in a while🥇
The girl who talked about her mom wearing the Juicy tracksuit when she was still in the womb made me feel so old 😩👵🏼
I liked the girl in the oversized blazer with the red shoes the most. Most beautiful outfit so far. But feel like Muaddi did not understand. Also flat shoes are prettier-a smaller heel makes the outfit more effortless!
Totally agree. Heels can be beautiful, but too often cheapen the look. It’s forced and not effortless.

Please stop commenting with how you would wear it. It’s not about you it’s about Parisian style. And this style is simple and elegant.
Loved Nami's look. The sleeves are brilliant 😍. Great silhouette that plays around with classics.

girl we didn't ask how you would style the looks? the video is not about you it's about parisians and their different street styles
Amina constantly talking about how she would've worn higher heels just shows how she's not Parisian and doesn't really get their superior effortless taste in fashion.
She's so beautiful 😍

this commentator has a very rigid style -- i prefer the previous ones; they had a love for fashion that extended beyond their own preferences.
Love this series
We need more of Amina, she is so fab!
Adore les looks
Its always "i got it from my dad.grandma.mom.friend
Found it on the side of the street
Elisabeth & Fatou - beautiful, stylish, confident... Paris is looking gorgeous too 😍
J’adore le look de Fatou
Le premier look est incroyable !
Paris is such a walkable city with lots of cobblestone style streets too. High heels are not practical for day to day life.
Unless it's thick heels especially boots with thick heels. I do it and it's fine.
Thank you from Los Angeles, CA
Why does she criticize people way of dressing. All of them are fashionable, everyone has their own taste. She says “I would’ve preferred higher heels”.” Maybe the girl needs to walks several blocks during the day…

The host is so cool. It felt conversational
The lady Fatou,, there’s NO WAY she’s 34
I refuse to believe 😭
LA CHAMAQUITAAAAA
AMINA MUADDI OMG
Looks like the host pulled a turtleneck over her and forgot to pull her hair out 😂
I don’t think the commentator was needed. They should’ve just shown the people showing off their own outfits

why does she want them all to wear 50 inch buss down heels theyre going to a coffee shop not coachella
🌟✨✨✨✨✨✨
The video it’s great, I love it but the commentator it’s really boring and doesn’t really add anything to the video :/
Her comments are so unnecessary, just showing the people and their fashion would have been enough.
