This video is about my sunny and rainy day routine.
Wednesday was sunny day. I had gardening and room cleaning before going out.
We ate in Udon restaurant after our contract signing.
Sunday was rainy day. I woke up with a heavy body. I made lemon ginger tea to prevent cold and flu.

We have plenty of rain here in England, so whenever we have some sunshine we have to make the most of it. My bodycan’t handle the heat especially when it’s humid, after my experience in the hospital last year I was put on a ventilator to help me breathe as I was very sick. I’m sure you don’t need a life story!! So I know how you feel when you get ill. I hope you’re feeling better, I’m sure that all your great friends are there for you whenever you need a hug.

Last year in Japan , then home , that sounds like a very good plan . Living abroad is not always what we need . What sort of questions did you have to answer for the exams ? Japanese language questions ? Or about your job ? Take care of yourself, 😊

The exam is in Japanese language. 2 Sets, written and skill. They are both about the job, but the written is difficult☺️
your little garden is so happy. Japan provides a nice environment with some rain and sun. maybe your ivy plant will be happier outside? hope you are feeling better. glad you will go home in a year and have a new life there. Japan seems to be a pretty nice place to stay for a while.

Hi Che B my mum always swore by honey and lemon when we were ill as kids. I still reach for it now as an adult whenever I have a sore throat/cold. There's something special about growing your own vegetables, my parents always grew veg when they were alive. Hope you feel better.

I left my family when I was 18. Lived too far away to travel to see them on important holidays. Now I’m older and wiser and when holidays roll around and most of them gone now one of my biggest regrets is that time I was away.

Please take care! Health is wealth in life. The Renkon or hasu is called Lotus root in English. If you ever get a chance, I like to slice it up in rounds and lightly stuff it with a tofu mixture (I’m vegetarian) but you can use ground pork and batter or just dust with flour and fry …yummy !

I hope the ginger and lemon tea helped you to bounce back. The translation of renkon is lotus. Tempura was introduced to the Japanese by the Portuguese.

You're right Thomas, no going out unless necessary. I'm in Georgia and it is hot and steamy today. We got a good little rain shower yesterday but, we need more.
@@CheB.0609 But we do have central air conditioners, so inside is livable. And you learn indoor exercises because even after sunset it is too hot to even walk outside. But come winter 26 is our low. So more months of great weather than hot weather. 😉

Good morning Che🌷. Hope you're feeling better. It's tough being sick. Since April in Louisiana where I live, it's been hot. Now in June it's been in the 90s with the real feel being 108 with 90% humidity. I hate it. I'm scared of what our electricity bill will be. Neighbors pay 400 to 500 dollars! We can't afford that. So I don't run the AC all night and don't turn it on in the daytime until about 1pm.

What I like to eat when I feel weak is tinola with alot if ginger and malanguy if it's available. I agree it's time to come home. Make an assessment if staying home is the right thing. Hopefully you will be able to.spend more time with your boy friend and really determine if he is your partner and soul mate. Anyways don't let the Philipine economy and lack of opportunity deter you from coming home. Through God's grace. You will survive.

@@CheB.0609, I also missed everything, lost my father few years ago, missed all important family events, and missed out on my nieces and nephews childhood. I'm 57 now and afraid it's all too late. You are still young and you can still start your own family. Think of it as a new beginning, new chapters in your life.
You don't have to be lonely anymore.
Wouldn't it be nice that when you get home from work, you will have a love one to greet you. You have sacrificed your youth, but now it's time for you to enjoy your life with someone you love and surrounded by your own family.
