Maybe instead of air shafts on the ceiling, those were drain ports and you were in an old flood tunnel.
I don't know how I got here, but. I'm glad I did. Love exploring places, especially creepy caves. Being claustrophobic, I wouldn't survive 2 seconds in there. Great video, guys 👍

The bears here in Western PA hybernate in the winter and we see them around April, May when they come out with their babies. It's a good observation that bear body depression you pointed out. Wouldn't it be good to be able to know what kind of animal bones were in there. Road kill and a take home din for the bear? Tks for taking us along in the adventure! Be safe!

So I hear a highway,, I know of 2, grew up useing one,,, it's possible that's an old cow tunnel,,, back in the day, when the highways came threw, framers fields where seperated by a large road, so in the construction, they built in under ground tunnels ,so the framers could get cows from o e field to the farm yard,,,, the one I grew up with goes under I83, between Derry at and union deposit road, us kids used to use it all the time, it's not very long, maybe 150feet, but it is a thing in pa, and that looks very similar
I couldn't breath just looking when ya'll began sliding thru that small behind hole in the beginning !!!
When i was a teanager i explored several abandoned mines in NE Pa. Not nearly as extensive as you guys, but it was interesting and also exciting, and needless to say dangerous...most scary to me was those deep vertical shafts some were over 1000 ft deep as was told to me by some people who were old time miners that knew the mines that i explored.

Go to New Castle Pennsylvania. 45 miles north of Pittsburgh. Along Nashanock Creek lower Croton ave. I was in that cave it goes a long way under New Castle. Bring Rope to climb. It's a Awesome cave 😂😂😂
The way the arch is makes it look like there is a possible tunnel running next to that one with a wall in between it and the one you crawled in

Dudeeee the spiders alone would prevent me from doing anything like this. Not much else would bother me nowhere near the amount that damn spiders would. I absolutely cant stand them at all. Im fascinated by them but dont want to be anywhere near them. I got this arachnophobia from my mom lol 🤷. I can watch any scary movie you can name and they don't bother me at all but if they suddenly flash a damn spider on the screen ill jump for sure lol.

I have to be honest, squeezing myself into tiny, craggy, unsafe spaces, just to discover endless tunnels, with nothing to show for it other than the fact that you did it, leaves me stymied! 😮

We used to party down in caves in PA when I attended KU. just past the Cliffs there was a tall solid rock wall/hill w a hole at the bottom.
I want to know what animal eats in there? I thought I could see paw prints in the huge pile of dirt just before the end.

I dunno about that sound, maybe it sounded like a plane but on the recording here it sounded like a dog or fox from the distance.
