10 year later... still great quality video!
Ahhh the memories of my 200kmh heavily worked 1275LS, people laughed when told it pulled 100kmh in 2nd and 145-150 in 3rd and 15.2 qtr at 156kmh. Bloody miss that car, and apart from change of colour and engine work it was an original LS and worth a bit now days
Those of us who admire bricks & who have sampled their ridiculously rapid potential will always love them.
“Heavily worked” … yeah right and you sound like a toss pot! Bored and stroked was it? Put a 45mm weber on it did we?? Extractors, two into one exhaust and you can stand it on its rear tyres off the start line too can you - try bullshitting about mini’s to someone who doesnt know them - always works better for verbal wanking!

Breaking traction in top at around 185KPH on the humps is special.

@FairladyS130 Yeh, that's a quick Dato 1600! Front Cam is a gopro HD, rear cam is a contour hd.
@sparke303 Yes, can only use a 4 speed. Gearing is hard at these tracks if you gear them to high you lose speed on the slower corners - not that there are many slow corners at Phillip Island.

I owned many Mini's in my time, some of them I pushed further than I drove lol, I had a really early one and fitted huge seats in the front from a big Citroen 12 seater and they fitted well, the car had a completely different drive in them, I only had problems selecting second gear but I managed
