I struggled with my first PDF pattern. I’m better now that I’ve had a few successes. I too just switched to 9x12 envelopes, but hadn’t thought of putting the title page on the front. Will be doing that! Thanks Jan 👍

Where can I get that grid base you have laid out on the table to measure to from?

That is a cutting mat underneath the pattern. You don't need that to assemble tha pattern.
