Bring back the C250! I fell in love with this tank in my research for an AIO reef system. I was so enrapture by the sheer perfection of what I was seeing before me that I didn't realize I was reading an older article. After reading the article I watched every RUclips video I could find. I went to the Red Sea website, credit card in one hand, & my index finger on the mouse ready to click the order button! 🥳 I was extremely disappointed when I saw it was no longer available. 😢 I do no care for the rimless, open topped, exposed in-your-face lighting of all of the newer ones. The C250 is much classier, sleek, & subtle with the focus being on the tank inhabitants. New C250, E-series with a top, or a big brother of the either & I am camping out front to get the 1st one!
Should bring back or revamp the C250! and 130D.... Love the seamless glass.... two less silicone joints to worry about! Also this time round make the AIO ie back sump filtration removable and has pre-drilled bulkheads so that customers can upgrade to a full external sump later on.
Why did they discontinue these 😩 was so convenient having all equipment in the back of the tank and having the hood enclose everything. Really not a fan of these “modern” open top tanks with liters of evaporation every day and huge glare from the light when you’re in the room

Can you please advise if this is the common problem and which part most likely need replacement??
Dear Jordan, we recommend the normal formula of 1kg of live rock per 10 litres of water, allowing for average displacement you will require 21 to 23 kg with this level of live rock you can also remove the ceramic biological media normally provided.

Hi I'm just setting up my tank don't have salt in yet as water isn't upto temperature but atm I can't have the pumps on. There far to noisy. I put live sand in which said it couldn't be rinsed so it won't clean up until I get the water clear and can't add salt until clear aswell. Any ideas?

Hi donglabong,It is a very easy operation to change the media in the Max 250, the hood opens fully to the vertical to allow access to the media. More information available on our website

I still have this system. Wanted to know if the bottom is tempered so I can drill it and update it with a dedicated sump.
Make these again. I bought a used up and need help repairing a cooling fan.

Regular not tempered glass if that's what you mean.
