I'm also a software engineer and companies are always hiring, because demand for softwares is increasing day by day, but on the other hand Software Engineers are not increasing with that increasing pace. So market is always decided by demand and supply gap. Demand is increasing more than supply of software engineers. Even if whole Pakistani students comes into IT field it can absorb all.
