Could you interview different people from different IT domains so people can have an idea how large the IT world is?
Software Tester (please please please), DevOps, Project Manager, Scrum Master, etc etc?
Then you could ask us questions you would ask for the interview.

I'm kinda starting my software career so this is helpful.
I go to the gym after classes and work and I also would like to start a yt channel like you but honestly, I'm afraid for reasons I can't explain. I know video editing and image edition and stuff, and I made a ton of private yt videos over the years but I'm just afraid of showing myself.
    How did you overcome this?
Btw I feel like the image quality has gone up and the editing is better.

Thank you so much for noticing. I bought some decent lighting and try to improve my editing skills on every video.
I never really had a big problem with showing myself. My problem was that i didn’t really know what content to make and always found excuses not to do it because “why would anybody watch that shit” u know.
But after a few struggles I just decided to to it. No need for a fancy camera and mega editing skills. Just start with what you’ve got and make videos about the things you’re passionate about. It’ll work out 👍🏻

@@RichardStrittmatter Thank you for your answer, this is very helpful.
The solution is probably to not overthink and just start small, as you say with no fancy camera.
Keep making quality videos, they are good!
