cheers for this fella. I run Ultras but also have a couple of dogs and like to use red light with them as white light destroys the dogs night vision. Very helpful vid. cheers.
Great review and a great torch, just ensure you use a proper charger if you’re going to charge externally. Your normal type charger doesn’t deal with 18650 or other batteries that are lithium ion and can cause fires or explosions! Not that they aren’t safe if understood but should never be left unattended whilst charging. I know this as I Vape and these are batteries I use, be safe everyone don’t put a battery in your pocket it’s not going to end well!! But on a plus you can get batteries from Fogstar (no affiliation) for a fraction of the cost and chargers that’ll ensure you’re safe!! Love your vids Scott.
Thanks James and great advice on the batteries. I never leave them plugged in unattended. I usually charge what i need as im packing for the night out. Never heard of the batteries you mentioned good tip.on them too.
Is the main beam neutral white? No mention of tint from the manufacturer at all. "SST-40 White LED" does not help at all because that LED ranges from 5000k-6500k. Cool white gives me a headache.
Nice Scott! I like that one, I like using the red light while I’m wild camping at night, so I’d be swayed to getting one like this! Thanks for sharing mate 👍🏼 Ash
Thanks Ash Appreciate that. Yeah genuinely great bit of kit with some impressive beams. Hope youre well Ash... watching yours now. And will watch on my phone so i can comment today lol...
Thanks Ian, yeah really nice bit of kit.. had a couple if weeks and finished filming last night... after a lot of use, walking at night and stuff. Great torch

Thanks Steve, appreciate you watching. Hope you're well mate. Quality bit of kit and Fortunately I haven't had to pay for this one. But as you can see on the channel i do buy a lot of Torches out of my own money from a lot of different brands, im just reinvesting my earned RUclips money. Hope youre well
@@brummiesteve3825 yes mate.. ive missed a lot of camping this year.. so looking forward to winter camps. Can not wait. Hopefully Dan wont mind me squeezing in his hot tent... once again. 🤣

Please say this in reviews, I’m a vaper and these high power batteries have risks. Love your reviews though!!

Great review. When you switch it off and on again, does it remember the last brightness used, or do you have to cycle through them all each time?
Yes it has memory mode so no sudden bursts of turbo or pain stacking cycling through
