    I can't do L-sit raises with touching feet/toes to the bar (hanging leg raises), feels like I have very thight hip flexors. Can this be the limited factor for me?

      Yes this might stop you from progressing, have you tried sitted L sit raise on the ground? You will only focus on lifting your legs from the ground which is a great hip flexor exercises for the L sit

    For me, L-sit on the floor is much difficult than on rings

      it depend on your personal strength aswell, some find it easier on ring its true

      @@calisthenixpro for sure. Can you V-sit on rings? I'm training for It and I think it's more difficult than on the floor. So, for me, L-sit on rings is more easy than on the floor But the V-sit Is the opposite😅
