I have one at the moment. The security light is blinking and the car can not crank. I diagnosed the car with jlr sdd and the report shows that its a CAN network issue. The pcm, tcm, bcm and the instrucment cluster are not communicating.

It should be new BCM because used BCM they are locked to the original VIN. For used BCM the path to take is bench programming using something like vvdi.
