I’ve been teaching the class everyday since month 3 when the handshake became 15 minutes long. Now it’s month six and I feel I should have a degree by now.

Not really. It’s like learning the ABC’s. The first day you learn A and then a few days later you add B. Now you remember A, B. Then a few days later you add C. Now you remember A,B,C. Then a few days later you add D and so on. Over the course of a year, you add all of the letters every few days and practice it everyday. It all becomes repetitive. You can also think of it like learning a dance routine. You learn a few steps, practice it, learn some more the next practice, practice again and so on until the dance is complete.

Sure they'll never amount to anything more than crabs in a pot pulling eachother back down but the teachers end up on the streets unhirable for the rest of their lives they had just established.
