Oh Dave...😞. You made the right choice in saying farewell. His voice is one of many voices of my childhood (and this song especially gave me so many goosebumps back then) and it's always a treat to see this legends do what they love long into their golden years. He looks great but man, this was tough to listen to. When you've already significantly transposed a song down from it's original key and struggle with notes regardless of how high or low they land on the scale, it's time to accept that you've had a great run and take your last bow. He's not losing it, it's barely hanging on by a thread. That is not a shot at him, because he is one of my favorite vocalists in the genre. Nothing will take away how great his voice was and what it and his music meant to Rock & Roll history, but he's struggling with the lowest of notes and the key has been transposed probably as low as they could play it without it sounding ridiculous. Every gift runs its course. It's rather soon for him, but it's like that sometimes. Long Live Dave!

He and Reb are the two guitarists for Whitesnake. Reb was out this night. If you saw Night Ranger in the early 2010's you saw Joel. Or if you have seen Trans Siberian Orchestra in the East you have seen Joel. I first met him on the Monsters of Rock Cruise in 2012 when he approached ME because of the "Triumph Allied Forces" T-Shirt I was wearing. We talked for half an hour. He is THE nicest guy in Rock and Roll. That smile never leaves his face.

Simply put:David’s vocal debut was on Deep purple Burn which altered the music world, never to be repeated with Sir Martin Birch twiddling the Knobs,1974 that’s almost 5 decades Mr Coverdale left his mark with everything in between!!!!!
Dino is now an apprentice but you should listen his vocal abilities. He will make Whitesnake alive when David retires.
