She is lying through her teeth. These people have been in business for a long time, and it's not because they treat their customers like garbage. This woman obviously has an enormous chip on her shoulder. Based on the parent's actions, that child wouldn't know how to act right in public no matter what. 🤷

As soon as the little girl stood up on the booth as a mom I would sit her down. She has autism, and She can learn. She will age and what a little girl can get away with a 15-year-old can not. I hope everything works out.
Regardless about lies of either side!! It’s very simple!! It’s a child and these type of situations happen when it involves children and especially children with mental illness!!! So no one can take a child who is non verbal and loud and may interfere with others peace will be refused services? Isn’t that a law suit in hand 😢 well over time everything done in dark comes to light!

Exactly, she KNOWS the outcome based on her child's behavior. But makes it about what she wants. This mom need intervention. And a mental health screening. She needs help with her child. The child is NOT receiving the best care. This is abusive!

You need to make sure-your child is going to be fine in going to places I know they can’t stay still all the time but you know you as parent can calm them down if not leave. Don’t let them scream it’s annoying and some people that don’t have kids get nervous they are not use to that. Use common sense no one knows you have a special needs child that acts that way. People have a right to dine in a restaurant that’s open to all but they have a right to eat peacefully. The owner has a right to have an establishment that’s in order.
I'm a caretaker of Special Needs and have cared for many High Behavioral special needs individuals. That said, I am also a Business Owner and understand that a disturbance like that can not only effect current business, but future business. If I ever take my Special Needs clients where they have a behavioral issue, I immediately leave the buiness because I don't wish them to loose money for any reason. I'd rather just return later or take them to another place.
It’s pretty sad when you got respectable business, people like the restaurant owners just trying to make a living and serve people at the same time and you got somebody who comes in and lies about them on social media, and all the sheep believe the lies without any evidence and start harassing these good business people. It just isn’t right.

Children should be seen not heard. Good for this man for telling someone to keep their kids tone down. Parents let their kids rule the world to the point that kids make all the decisions…what kind of backward thinking is that? Editing to say she admittedly the one using aggressive language with her answers. She sounds vile.
No. She is over exaggerating. I personally know Kenny and he does not talk like that. if this was his sister then I would believe it I have been at the restaurant when his sister verbally abused customers. He's not like that at all. Kenny has one of those voices you know those tones that are always coming off sounding rude and spiteful especially when flustered.
@@danielmacias5392 well then I guess it's a good thing that this news broadcast isn't about her it's about Kenny. And I'm sure she knows she's unfriendly and very defensive already. I doubt the lady complaining about the horrible language she claims Kenny said isn't gonna read this, and go oh yeah it wasn't Kenny it was her. I guarantee I'm not the only person who was at the restaurant and witnessed her lose it on a customer because they complained, it's no secret that she is like that.

There have been other posts about this family and how difficult they are from waitresses at other restaurants and that they don’t tip. Not about problems with the child, problems with the parents. The parents also accused the Pantry owners of being racist towards Mexicans, there owners last name is Valdez and they serve great Mexican food. I have been going to this restaurant for many years this woman’s accusations are garbage.
