Thanks a lot Mr Toaster! I trully appreciate it! I really like to do play RTA on console, is a bit if I were to do these glitches when I was a bit younger, play with my SNES. Thanks again for the support. All the best!
Speaking of the U.S. Version, The palettes for powerup states 5, 7, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 21, 24, 30, 31, 33, 34, 36, 37, 41, 43, 44, 46, 50, 53, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, and 63 are all different in the Japanese and U.S. Versions For Mario.
Hi Double C 3! It would be nice to have a hidden beach level within Yoshi's Island! Joking aside, I am sure that there are still stuff to be discovered within SMW, even more than 30 years since its release. Cheers!
@@TheUnintendedGamer your probably right, since there are people who have discovered hidden levels before the internet became a thing! which is why not everthing is posted. And of course some choose not to reveal their found secrets.
Obrigado novamente e boa sorte!
I have an idea, unintended gamer! In addition to doing secret exits in all castles and fortresses, you should also secret exits for all the switch Palaces!
You're right! Also, I plan to do the same thing for the US version of SMW, as some of the PS are different between the two versions. And for American Luigi...?
Hi Adam! Thanks for your kind comment. Now that I look at it... I guess you could say that PS209 Mario is flipping to us! I'm planning to do the second Castle soon... but for speedrunning, I am not so fast... I like to take my time... Cheers!
Maybe... I'm not sure. Never try it, not even on console. Maybe ask Seth Bling (ruclips.net/user/MinecraftSethBling) who I believe set up the flappy bird ACE. Or maybe ask SuperNickid (ruclips.net/user/SuperNickid) who perform ACE on the Switch I believe. Cheers!
I was expierencing diffrent crashes in smw. But eventually... I got the cape. Then suddently......... I got the keyhole somehow... I don't know why it happened but this was sure crazy! (this took alot of attempts to do it)
you said that most of the unintended exits works the same as the normal exits. i think its because by default, the value of the secret exits is set to "up" for the levels that dont have secret exits. i know that because i tried to edit the world map in lunar magic (smw level editor) i also wanted to know why does the game crashed at the end of the video. maybe it is kind of random.
Hi TheBester7! Thanks for the info. You're right. For levels that don't have a secret exit, triggering a secret exit there activates the normal exit of the next level... For the crash, I really don't know, I guess its random. The main point is that contrary to other setup to spawn unintended items (like Yoshi, the Orb, ...), the setup for the Keyhole is not stable. It works about 25-50% of the time... Maybe we'll find a better setup one day..? All the best!
Please, be patient! I'm sorry but it takes me a lot of time to edit. For sure, my next two videos will be cycle 1 and 2 of Luigi powerup incrementation. Cheers!
Hey, is there a way to access some of the hidden test levels (probably using ACE) and then completing them? Here are the levels I'm referring to: ruclips.net/video/KkoAojvxTog/видео.html
Hi Oit! Thanks for the question. These levels seem accessible only using a Game Genie (which I don't have). Could be fun to find a way to access them using 'regular' glitches... Have a nice summer!
Your technical skills at SMW are astonishing, and I get you want to be authentic as you can be but seriously why not use emulators? You'd save hours and better video quality would be nice.
Hi Cj Donogoo! Thanks for your comment. Yes, it is true that I want to be 'authentic', and it's true also that my video/audio quality could be improve... But I don't want to play on emulators because... it would be to easy! What I mean is that with save states, it is really another kind of gameplay... And having the possibility to save state and not use it... makes no sense. Anyhow, this is for now my 'gaming philosophy'... All the best!
the dedication required to make these videos (especially on real hardware) is astounding

I always imagined a beach level on the right of iggys castle if a secret exit existed.

Hi Dude! That's an interesting idea! But I think it is impossible, as there is no Powerup Items in Switch Palaces...
And another cool thing, after you finish the powerup incrementation series with luigi, we will know all the powerups for the Mario bros! HOORAY!
You're right! Also, I plan to do the same thing for the US version of SMW, as some of the PS are different between the two versions. And for American Luigi...?
Fun fact: you can restart castpe in smw by pressing L + R at the same time
Me who got the orb glitch and also made a Unintended exit
The PS209 Mario looks likes he's giving you two middle fingers...
Serious dedication though man, congrats.
All exits speedrun when? ;)

@@TheUnintendedGamer haha, I was just kidding. It'd take you days from the looks of things ;P
The best game of Mario for me.
For me too! (and maybe also SMB3...)
Unintended gamer, I wonder if the arbitrary code execution for flappy bird in super Mario world is possible on the Nintendo switch?
Cheers!
How are you spawning the keyhole and key..what are uou pressing ...can it be done on the wii
Imagine trying to pull this off and instead get bowser in your item box
I doubt it’s possible however
Hi Lutbro! Yes, it would be cool to get Bowser in the Item box! But I think it is not possible, at least in regular SMW. Cheers!

Do you think it’s possible to get unintended secret exits in all switch palaces, unintended gamer?
Hi Dude! Could be hard, as there is no powerup items in switch palace, isn't it?
I got a giant Monty mole in the item box at Powerup State 235
Interesting...
