I got the 700CX, he is right about the volume adjustments. All the power doesn’t necessarily mean to make it loud rather getting all the details out at low volumes. It really does it. I too get tears in eyes. What an accomplished man!
You are one of the very few people in the World that understands that concept. To achieve every nuance of detail in the music at low volume. Example: when listening to an orchestra playing, people hear the front and middle of the orchestra playing. They don’t hear the person in that back of the orchestra taping that little triangle on their stereo. The amplifier cannot bring it forward to the speakers. This is how you test a system and the source material you are listening to. It is listening to the back of the orchestra not the front or middle.
