Definitely one of the highlights at Ramblin' Man 2016, I've seen Uriah Heep many times over the years, 1st time was back in the mid 70s with Dave Byron & Ken Hensley, ....but this performance was one of the most enjoyable I've witnessed, well done to Mick and everyone else in the band, over the years I have followed all the various incarnations of Heep right from the beginning, but I think the band has never sounded as good as it does right at the moment, the bass playing reminded me so much of Gary Thain who is one of my all time favorite players, just so melodic & thoughtful ! ...........They had the crowd in the palm of their hands, what a brilliant performance ! 10/10
I saw Uriah Heep in Helsinki in the early seventies, last century, will never forget, thanks a lot! Byron sang like a god, the question was him or Gillan beeing no 1. Well after JC Superstar it was Gillan. Perhaps.
you know what the trouble is whit bands from the old days? They all overdo it!! in a way. They think they are still young dudes. And then they overact it!! Stay cool dude!! do it your own way.Your not twenty anymore!!.Your old!! Not to old to rock though....but stay cool!!.This is like....old men doing things they really don't want to but have to...i mean they do great... but you know like they have to....

my first time seeing them Standout Band
I think they owned it. Certainly one of the best bands there on the day!
Grand-pappies all! But they are the "Heep!" And you just can't take nothing away from 'em!
The 3 dislikers are the ones who can not find tickets to the show...
No, simply you didn't see them in 70's....

He reminds me of an older Jack Black.
