How did you find this Spain car? Many reviewers are reporting Polestar messed up with these press cars and they were laden with faults & software issues and have done re-shoots with updated cars back in their own country
I had a good look at one. I am replacing my etron 55. Was really torn between the Polestar 4 and the Q6. I think the Q6 will be a better fit for my family and what we need, so that’s what I ordered, but I just loved the Polestar 4. The interior is terrific. Preferred it to the Polestar 3.
Good review, I’m interested to hear your comments about the ride quality even on the 22s. Other reviewers said it was too firm. Interested in how you think it compares to the P2? I ask because I have a P2 and my next car needs to be a big upgrade in ride smoothness. I’m toying between a P3 and P4 and even Macan
Doesnt really matter what it is.. i like the styling.. the rear window will take some getting used to, but i am so glad they stuck to the HUD (Plus pack) and great interior space. Will prob be my next vehicle after the current Polestar 2 is done. I really Enjoy the videos you do as well Kris.. so much effort and detail
It’s a shame after you disparaged the rear view mirror…that you didn’t show, or mention that a big advantage of the digital mirror is that it gives you a 30 degree WIDER field of view, than what you would normally get from looking out the rear window.
Great review. Glad to hear that you finally "get" the Polestar 4 😊. I can't wait to get one. I think it's a beautiful designed car. I will never compare a Polestar to a Tesla. Completely different leagues.
Idc what you call it - it’s the perfect size IMO. I have a P2 and I want something just slightly larger, but I don’t like SUVs. I like polestar doesn’t feel the need to follow convention, I think they call it an SUV just for marketing, people love SUVs.
What concerns me is the Polestar they had in Spain wasn't calibrated for the American market. It had little to no feel in the steering and the overall performance was synced for the Chinese market. The fact that Kris is talking about how great it drives really speaks volumes of how out-of-touch he is with what is expected from a true performance brand vehicle. Good news for the Polestar 4: other automotive reviewers have confirmed the P4 calibrated for the Western market have the performance we desire. Kris just missed the boat on this one.
The rear camera doesn't bother me. I have a P2 and I never used the rear view mirror. I depend on the center display. I'm definitely ordering next year in the US when I can claim the tax credit

What do you mean parking is just annoying???? Who looks in the mirror when parking nowadays??? I only use the cameras all the time!!! You better keep up man😡every person driving mini van are used to not having a rear view mirror, i for one, so to me it’s not strange or difficult to drive without a rear view mirror 😎😎
I love how the car looks and I really fell in the marketing trap and thought that no one would mind about the rear mirror. But it seem like it's actually a thing to try before buying. Well... If they were going to replace rear window with camera, they should have also moved it somewhere else a little farther from driver’s head to help with shifting focus.

To avoid ambiguity, we should keep the accent on the é. On most keyboards it’s (Alt+130). Coupe - is pronounced COOP, comes from the French for cup and means an ice cream bowl or the old rounded champagne glass.

In many reviews; is it a coupe suv? It’s the shape of a coupe and the space inside of a suv. I think that’s why they call it a coupe suv.
