Not clearly mentioned in the video but perks really make or break this method, otherwise a great guide. I was trying the 2nd method shown for 2 hours with standard BIS perks from wiki and identical gear/setup as shown and was really struggling with it - pretty much close to 50/50 on getting a kill or dying and successful kill times varying alot between 3:40 and 5:30. I then added Undead Slayer and Abosrbative 4 to my gear and the method went from the original 50/50 struggle to very consistent 3:30-ish kills with a best of 3:14
Question then, how do you people manage having so many perks and swap them? I have biting 4 on my top which i cant take off and swapping perks just for this seems annoying
@@MrFearlesskiller You can swap perks in and out on augmented gear with item level 15 and above using an equipment separator. But those are like 13-15m worth of components per separator. So in my case as T90 necro gear was cheaper than the separator(s) would be I just made an extra pair of T90 tank bottoms with Invigorating 4 Undead slayer combo in one slot and Abosrbative 4 in the other specifically for the Nexus grind at Vorkath.
It's crazy that Jagex thought pre-eoc combat was too simple, all you do is click the enemy and wait, then years later the roles are reversed. People are clicking the boss and waiting, while vorkath on OSRS is incredibly click intensive.
Because they went back to pre-EOC simplicity with Rasial and Vorkath. A shame really. Also with Rasial's drop log - they said they'd learnt from Nex not to bundle gear drops, but clearly those people are gone from the game.

This is why pre eoc combat was better. You legit had to prayer flick not just stand there and let auto heal abilities and defensive go of via revolution. Eoc was and is still to this day the worst update ever
Anyone else got this to work? I'm trying with pretty much exact same method and keep dying. Managed to get 1 kill at the start then died like 6 times since, even tried dropping prism of restoration etc
@@SOFCsquad i kept dying the first few times, then i realized in my settings on revo ultimate abilities were turned off. so i have had no probs since. so as aof today still working for me
This is exactly like "the rsguy's" version of afk however he had a much simpler setup and no zuk cape needed. This guide is only for players who have the zuk cape

I haven't done it since the crit nerf but I'd assume it still works fine. The crit nerf prob just makes it a little slower
