Hi Rajiv, I’m from Guelph Ontario and I have been watching your videos for a year now. Thank you for being so entertaining. You were discovered by my sister-in-law from Pennsylvania. I have been to Black Creek so many times. My best friend is a medival miniature artist and a wonderful calligrapher. She has won many awards for her calligraphy and has attended IAMPATH conferences for years. If you would like to check out her work, she did the paintings for my husband’s book, New Psalms for Old Sorrows. You will see her work. Thanks Rajiv. I’m 76 and still learning thanks to you.🥰

You elevate the ordinary into some extraordinary. With that in mind, you need to find a special letter opener instead of using a pocket knife.
That’s a good idea. Rajiv why don’t you start shopping for some gorgeous letter openers. I have one. My granddaughters had no idea what it was 😂😂😂

Adding a thought to Mary Grace's letter, I still have some of my gramma's letters. Just seeing her handwriting is a tangible, physical connection to her that brings me great comfort. I cherish those letters. They are like a visit with her, all these many years later.

A handwritten letter of apology..is sometimes the most important letter one can send in a lifetime. It should contain no excuses for one's imperfect behavior. But it should be a sincere apology. It can heal both the recipient and the letter writer. In one of the holiday cards I mail in December, I include an important apology letter, to someone I care about. The spiritual feelings around a religious holiday, help me find within myself, the humility and courage to apologize to one person.
I love this mail call series! I think putting the subject of the question into either the title or the thumbnail will get it more views, e.g. "sweater pilling" etc. Thanks for the videos Rajiv 🥰
Confession…I bought stationary and a wax seal after watching your video. It’s beautiful and I want to just write letters to people now.
Hi Rajiv. This video was so much fun to listen to. I live in little Luxembourg myself and it being such a small country it is rare to ever hear anyone mention it at all, so I was happy to hear that Etienne, like me love to watch your videos and are very inspired by it. I also had a few wax kits that my parents had brought back from Japan for me with my name written on it along with a calligraphy stamp also with my initials that I had custom made years ago. I had stored it away and forgotten about it for many years but thanks to you, I remembered I had this beautiful set and it so happens that I had a special gift to give to a friend and you inspired me to wrap it, as you would, with craft paper, a nice simple cotton thread and the wax seal with my initials and a dried flower held by the wax. So please, keep inspiring us with all these wonderful ideas that we once used and have been set aside. P.S.: Your videos on Pysanka has also inspired me to try it out.
Hey Rajiv, in Australia we call it "Snail mail" for obvious reasons😊 I still send handwritten letters and Christmas cards around the world to family and friends, eventhough my handwriting is terrible. Love this video😊

Okay, my question is what are you going to do with all your letters?They are going to occupy valuable space in that apartment. Photographing them would solve the space problem but is not nearly as satisfying as holding the actual piece in hand.

I have this problem with my letters! I don't want to throw them away but I've moved multiple times with them and the box keeps getting heavier and heavier
