The plaintiff is lucky JJ didn't dismiss her case just for running her mouth at the defendant. She usually hates that kind of behavior. I get that she's annoyed that Tubbo is lying his ass off about one thing or another, but you have to exercise better self-control in a courtroom, even a televised one.

The defendant came across as sleazy. It makes little sense if he dismissed an employee who received payments from the plaintiff that there is some reason she was "behind" on her payments. Is his argument that defendant was in cahoots with the former employee? He screwed her, so she should sue him instead? He claimed he never spoken to the defendant, but it is clear he had to based on the counter suit. I know he told her, hey, WE didn't receive any payments, so we repossessed. Well, if he didn't care about fraud before, he does now.
I am of the opinion, unless you know what you are doing, never buy from a two bit used car dealer or personal owner.

He's a shady business man with a thief in the business stealing a woman's money and repossessing her car. I'm sure he knew everything and is lying about it on the stand, I'm also sure her car was vandalized she could've gotten more if she knew about her car being damaged. Hope his business has a 1 star Yelp review.
