Tabyana was interviewed and from her responses that is them singing. They just deepened their voice to match the other's voice more cohesively. Josslyn has sung at the nurses ball before and she has a deeper singing voice.

Joss looked very weird and awkward when it came to dancing. Joss moves like a stereotype. Curled blonde hair and tons of make-up only gets you so far. Joss has no rhythm.
They both have good voices, but didn’t always mesh well on this performance. I think they didn’t get the chance to do much practicing together. But there were moments when they really harmonized well together.
