I loved this conversation from start to finish. We all know that both Curtis and Marshall have had their reservations about Spencer, but they were both willing to listen to Trina and be open minded out of respect for her and her love for Spencer.
Great conversations with both Curtis & Marshall and they kept it real. They gave her very good advice and I could see she was thinking about the questions they asked her.
Yes Trina. I love it Sis. That's right. YOU ARE DONE!!! I loved this dialog between Trina, Curtis and Marshall. I love that both Curtis and Marshall were open minded. Love the advice they gave her.
I was waiting for this upload. I'm glad she told them upfront that she wasn't open to hearing the negative talk about Spencer. I just don't see how Trina can't see the Portia manipulations and the part she plays. They both gave Trina sound advice, as well as Ava. Now Trina needs to speak to Spencer when she cools down. She's still heated, and sometimes when you're that upset, you say things that you can't take back.
When Marshall asked Curtis "You want to take this one? I hollered 😂 Marshall to Trina: "That boy gave you an ultimatum? 😂. Love Marshall as always , but the best part of this scene was Trina being honest and finally voicing her feelings about Spencer living with Esme. Another gem in this scene. Curtis : Can you blame Spencer for wanting to play a role in his brother's life? Trina : Yes ! 😂 So overdue. Gh Writers keep this honestly coming from Trina
I know popular couples need obstacles but Trina and Spencer’s problems are not age appropriate. What couple even in the fictitious world have conflicts centered around their boyfriends baby brother. Also spencer should not be having Trina feel in competition with his baby brother for who wins the argument over where ace lives and wether spencer lives there too. Spencer needs to grow up and come to grips with the fact that he can’t tell esme what to do with her child.
This is exactly what I was saying the "drama" they have for Sprina is not even realistic. And is okay Sprina to have obstacles but nobody wanted a Esme/Ace baby storyline. There are a million storylines they could've written.
Cause they think Sprina fans will back down from calling them out. No, we are going to call it out every time we witness it. Sprina is tired of propping up the Esme/Ace characters.
What I noticed eversince Curtis became Trina's father and everytime he and Trina would have a heart-to-heart conversation he would always mention " I know I haven't been your father long" or "I'm your dad now" like he has to mention it every time they talk. I don't mind Trina opening up to Curtis about certain things but WHAT ABOUT TAGGERT?. They haven't shown him since Curtis was in the hospital and she met him for breakfast and stayed all of 5 minutes before running back. I know the actor that plays Taggert (Real Andrews) is sick with cancer and doing treatment but they did bring in a temporary recast for him when he couldn't do it , so why they don't bring him back for awhile?. At least to keep the storyline going with the whole transition of Curtis being Trina's "bio dad". I feel like not only Stella but Mashall (in a way) is trying to become this insta family with Trina and Curtis wants that too , but at least he's more subtle with it. I wonder if they keep having Curtis say "I'm your dad now " and Marshall saying " being your grand dad" is them setting the stage for Curtis to find out that Trina really isn't his daughter and Ms. Woo did change the paternity test. To be honest I really hope so ; I'm not fully comfortable with Curtis being Trina's dad sometimes it comes off forced like they're trying too hard. Trina said that she wasn't looking for a replacement father because Taggert was her forever dad , but now its more like Taggert who?. They should be having Taggert talking to her about what's going with her and Spencer or at least have an opinion on the topic. She doesn't call him , she doesn't text him , or even mention him anymore ; just maybe once with Joss by the pool. He was drinking at the time is he still? Or is he getting help because Jordan wanted to offer him a job but with the drinking it can't happen. Hopefully if they show him again soon (even for Thanksgiving) that he's stopped drinking and getting help so he can work on his relationship with Trina. I think Taggert is insecure(which is why he was drinking) about his relationship with Trina and feels that maybe she rather be Curtis' daughter and not his. This conversation looks like it should have came first before her conversation with Ava. Here she was ignoring Spencer's texts and at the end of she talk with Ava , Ava said that Trina should respond to Spencer's texts and it looked like she did. It just doesn't make sense.
These scenes were all great, but GH confuses the hell out of me. It seems like these scenes should have been before Trina talked to Ava, bc I swear she had calmed down and had texted Spencer. Yet she came into that house fuming again.
Exactly 🎯. I was like, wait, what.....why we here again. A bit repetitive the way it ended, I thought Trina was on her way to the dang dorms. GH be tripping they think we stupid or someone was snorting a line of cocaine before they put this out . Either way, I was thrown off but welcomed the advice given.
Little bit of laundry. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. She should be calmer after that talk with Ava. Unless he said something in text that sent her reeling, she shouldn't really be here nor be this angry. My guess, the writers are stretching this out. @@flacagonzales
I told you guys the writers are in an influx. This is probably some rewrites stretching... Last Friday, Spencer was close to a driving into Shadybrook/Ferncliff. Monday he was cool and calm. He actually arrived to Jina dorm already in fix mode. I think once again they are pouring water in the ketchup bottle.
Same with the Spencer scenes because on Tuesday, it seems he came to clear conclusions about Ezme, saw that she has feelings or whatever for him, and was making moves to go against her and get his way.
I know Curtis and Marshall made Trina see things a little clearer than before, but when Curtis said that she needed to ask herself what she wanted and what she'll put up with i thought it was funny. Where was this advice when he was kissing Jordan soon after he married Portia? He didn't think about what he wanted or what Portia or Jordan would put up with. He kind of sounded a little hypocritical.
Why should Trina feel guilty? She didn't cut anybody out of her life. Like you just said, GH cut Real, the actor, out of the line up for some reason. I don't recall any scene where Trina rejects Taggart as her father. She loves him still. They've confirmed it many times.
People defending Spencer in this situation just make me feel weird. It’s noble he wants to take care of his brother, cute even that he wants to step up. But at the end of the day he’s acting like he’s Ace’s dad and he’s not. Ace was abandoned by his father, but not his mother. Esme is there with parental rights and it’s her child to make decisions for. It’s just not Spencer’s right on any level to make decisions for Ace. And to throw tantrums just because he feels like it is his right is weird and sad. His POV does give reasoning, but the reasoning is still off. It’s Esme’s child, not Spencer’s, and Spencer doesn’t even want to accept that he has to abide by what Esme (the mother) says for Ace. Defending him going against a child’s mother is a weird stance to take and is clearly biased because we love Spencer and hate Esme (which is fair). But at the end of the day it is a mom building a home for her and her son, there is no moral ground to stand on for her not to do this. Granted Esme is only doing this because she’s jealous but that’s not the point. Esme can pull that card whenever and Ace is still going to grow up knowing Spencer is his brother, despite Spencer feeling like his father. Be there for Ace as a brother, that’s all he needs to do and all Ace needs from him.
The positive take away was just seeing Trina today live her life and she's going through grieving Spencer. Had to fast forward through Carly and Nina. GH writers did so much writing for the return of Steve Burton that Tabyana was put it aside temporarily until NAC returns . There is still time to correct this Thats what writers are for. Do better GH
I read it online on one of the spoiler sights that they are going to have Spencer choose to live with Esme and Ace, which will in turn break SPRINA up. It didn't say anything about Ace not being a Cassadine it just said that Spencer chooses family over love (or true love) something along those lines. The more I read it went on to say that Spencer starts to see Esme in a new light (so that right there tells you that he is going to get back with Esme to raise Ace). So all of this incredible build up and the NYC getaway was if you think about it just so Spencer can get laid and Trina can lose her V card??. That is literally what I am thinking now.
@@tkeisha24Yeah that's true but tabyana did a preview interview for Monday's episode and she said spencer waited outside trina's dorm for her, apologized and said he'll accept ace is brother and he's not ace father.

He should stay away and give her some time, but he won't because he's miserable without accessing her, so he'll get some of that fire.
