I've been listening to this for about a month... let me tell you, it's like I had plastic surgery, but better. My face looks so perfect. My body is very shapely. I look several years younger. This works, a bit too well actually. This is the first time I've seen real and true results using subliminal (That's partially because I never really stick with them.) However, this one truly worked. I think it was last year and I just wanted to test this subliminal overnight to see if I get quick results. The next day that I woke up I felt so ugly and my hair were so oily and I just didn't look good at all (I blamed this subliminal) Surprisingly I went to school and one of my Teachers called me gorgeous and beautiful. Not only this but I also got full attention from guys in particular my then crush. I mean I'm not ugly but I also do not have enough confidence to call myself pretty. best advice for beauty subliminals to work is to avoid mirrors at all costs. i put a blanket over my mirror, so when i walk into my room i don’t tell myself negative affirmations like: ‘i look bad’ ‘i don’t like this part or this part of my body’ if you don’t want to tell yourself any negative affirmations about yourself, just try not look at yourself too much and don’t obsess over things that you don’t like about you! i swear it helps a lot!
