So first of all, when I listened to this mantra (this is my first time btw) I felt a bit uncomfortable to be honest, could be my negative thoughts trying to fight it. I listened when going to bed and I do think it hit my subconscious as I was hearing the mantra in my dreams. I suffer from depression but when i listen to this mantra, it makes me so grateful to be alive. People immediately noticed a change in me. They even said i behave like i am on drugs or something (because this mantra makes me feel very happy).
