    I live in Portland, Oregon, and when I hear you say "only 80 or 90mph," I laugh. I have a 2021 937 and would like to one day purchase a Diavel. A windscreen video would be interesting.

      Yeagh the Freeways in CA are crazy! It is like Mad Max everyday so I need a fast bike just to survive. I was thinking about a wind screen test in a few months just to see the difference. I get wind at about 120 MPH and I have to lean in and hold on over 140 MPH.
      I am trying to have more self control and stay under 80 MPH just to extend my life expediency a little bit as I'm 60 years old now.

    From the tire wear it looks like you lean it fairly far over. Flat spot is just from doing more highway riding than twisties. I take delivery on mine this week, can’t wait!

      Also, Evotech Performance makes frame sliders, ordered them today for mine.

      Awesome, you will love riding the Diavel V4. I just ride for hours and I use as my daily commuter vehicle for my 100 mile round trip to work and back. I'm already up to 10,000 miles in the saddle and counting!

      @@SlowRiderDucati That’s some impressive mileage you’re riding! I took delivery on mine last Thursday and put about 250 miles thus far. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the handling and comfort of this bike. So happy with my decision.

      @@robertmontefusco1902 Awesome, I know what you mean. The handling is the best! I just got to work after a 90 MPH+++ commute on the Interstate 80 Auburn CA to Sacramento CA. And that speed is just the flow of traffic not passing or speeding. It's crazy fast out here in California.

    I live in Fresno, so we are (sorta) neighbors...i noticed you removed the license plate and turn signal piece. Have any LEO's given you hassle about any of it? I don't have a plate on the front of my car...so I'm familiar with asceticism.

      Cool, I live up in Colfax CA right next to you. my neighbor is a CHP and he likes my license plate wear I mounted on the side facing backwards like the Harley dudes. I just got pulled over for speeding on the I80 a few days ago and the Officer said he like my bike and gave me a warning. I think not hiding your plate shows the police that you respect their job and are not trying to hide from them and they will appreciate that. I bout the New Rage Cycle, NRC, tail tidey and license plate side mount which was easy to install and is lit. I also do not have front license plates on my three vehicle and have no issues. I am uploading a video now with the picture of me being pulled over.

    Slow rider, while riding in the rain or wet, does your back get any back-splash of rain from the rear tire?

    • @SlowRiderDucati
      @SlowRiderDucati  9 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, but it is not bad. I live in California so I'm lucky without much rain.

      SlowRider, I guess that is why Ducati placed the license plate holder on the mid section portion to cover the rear wheel so that it can act as a water barrier to keep water from splashing on a persons back side....@@SlowRiderDucati
