K24 SKUNK 2 Ultra Race manifold install (modifying water pump)

We get into modifying the kseries water pump housing to be able to install Skunk2 Ultra Race manifold.

What was the torque spec of the water pump housing ? I'm going to install a new seal. Thank you in advance

I torqued mine to 33 ft lbs.

What pulley setup did you use? I have ac?

I use the k20 crank pulley. And I used the karcepts ac/ps delete kit.

@@TonyEffinNguyen sorry to say but your gonna have to eliminate it cause your gonna have to cut the water pump housing to fit the ultra race manifold or you can use the ultra street version and keep everything the same.

Yea I’ve been blocking them for year never had a problem on none of my turbo setups plus I’m Running an external catch can. If you wanna find out if your motor is VENTING out pressure in the block properly in a turbo setup block the valve cover breather and oil will start to leak from the exhaust side of the turbo cause it’s the Weakest point and when you unblock it the oil leak will stop leaking I.E the motor is venting out sufficiently.
