I haven't played Super Mario Land 2 in years and years but I remember it being such a step up from the first game. Mario went from a grey blob to something so expressive and full of life.
The ladies in 2 of the charity shops in my town always offer me all the dvds/games for free that don't sell within a month. They say me taking them saves them a trip to the skip. This is great because most of the stuff I get cex offers 10p credit. Most months, I get around 50 or so dvds/games, so credit really does go up fast
I'm from Canada and this has taken over as my Favorite Gaming Channel, I look forward to the Sunday Vlogs every week. But I hope those Cows are just passing by for your and your Families sake and not Planning on coming back. The smell is awful!
I worked in the Nottingham Another World back in the day, top floor dvds and action figures, we got bought out by forbidden planet, miss the days of AW, great shop
There are two more game shops around Stoke (one is on the other side of the street from the one you went in (but closed on the day you went by guessing the weather) the other is called gamezone based in Tunstall (just north of Newcastle)
Will also agree with the independent you want in, (don't think they update price frequently but occasionally they have a bargain (I got ps4 deadpool cheaper than ces from them)
Ahh was going to say this in the vid! I’m from Stoke and the bloke in Game-on the shop opposite is a really nice bloke. Would cut you a deal too if you grabbed a few games and asked for a bundle price 👌

LOVE the All-Stars Shrine! 😍 watched that VHS many a time 😂Used to love my Forbidden Planet back when I was a kid it was a very tiny box size store in the corner of town. Tucked away. I used to love looking forward to what Dragon Ball Z figures, posters, merch, anime DVDs, manga and American card game magazines with free packs of cards in! Remember buying a mag with a free team rocket booster pack and I got the secret rare Raichu! 🔥 It had SO much stuff i couldnt get anywhere else and it felt like my little shop, was never too busy. Now the megastore is slightly further up in town and just filled with more generic American cartoon commerical crap/stuff and always busy. Just not the same. 😢 Mario land 2 is on my list to get play! Soon! 🙏lovely Uncharted 3 👌

Block Knockers 😂😂😂 Another World, that's a good name from the past, I used to visit the one in Nottingham pretty regular bitd, used to be on multiple floors, reckon the games were on the third floor irrc, my old memory may be letting me down but I'm sure they had some imports stocked too, bought various games around the dreamcast era and also have some signed Christina Aguilera photos from there. The tasu wii stick is a stunner, a must have for your wii fighters, one will crop up again at the right time for you. Love that super mario all stars shrine behind you, really nice to have a favourite game series's properly displayed for your viewing pleasure. Top stuff 👍

Nice stuff as always. Not sure if you were aware but I think there was a cooy of Batman Arkham Origins in that 360 bundle. Trades in for £6, so is often worth picking up. No idea why that one trades in so well, i only assume it sold less than the others.

When you go to Stafford in your vids, i’m always waiting for the day you hit up Stoke. I’m from Stoke so was surreal to see you heading around familar streets haha. There’s another charity shop inside the shopping centre there, entrance closest to the big spikey man haha…and I haven’t been there myself for ages but there was a Game shop (as in GAME) on the next floor above one of those The Entertainer’s :)
@@RetroGhetto Yes mate! That Game On is a small neat shop, and the bloke is super friendly, proper chatter and will do you a good deal on a few games if you ask him for a bundle price 👌. In Newcastle, opposite CEX just next to the VUE entrance is a new place with a crazy golf course, a couple of arcade machines like pac man and space invaders and a big room where you can play some consoles 😊
@Retro Ghetto It might be more than an hour away from you but I'd recommend Retro Games HQ in Swindon. I reckon it's one of if not the best shop in the country for Nintendo cardboard. It has a whole floor dedicated to Nintendo.
Batman Arkham Origins for the 360 holds some good value here in ireland. Spotted it in the bunch the bundle of 360 games the held back for you in your locals.

With regards to having a picture on your phone of the essentials, do you not use an app or site to log your collection? I'd be lost without Price Charting, first thing I open when I enter a CEX so I can see what I own 😂 Could also be a fun Wednesday video (maybe not for you lol) to scan all your games into the app, you know a "My entire game collection is worth..." Type video 😅

Please can I ask peoples opinion...current CEX PS1 game prices, temporary spike or higher prices to stay? I have quite a few PS1 games from my childhood that I will probably never play again, I hate to sell something I cant get back again, but the current trade in price of 'with manual' games tempts me.

I would like the uncharted trilogy🙏 I started game collecting last year, the uncharted series aren't at my cex though, except for one of them that's platinum edition that looks out of place with my other games😅 I haven't played the series but would like to get into and good vlog as always🎉
Oi! Keep of my turf. Seriously though Hanley isn’t the best place to go hunting. You have to remember Stoke-on-Trent as a city is made up of six towns and there is better shops in those towns. I had a great score in that rspca shop a few years ago. A massive PS1 bundle had just been donated and the guy let me have the games for a quid each. All The crash bandicoots r type delta etc. It’s a massive shame what has become of our city centre, Austerity has absolutely destroyed it.

The resident evil 2 steel book for ps4 is worth quite a bit (£50 at least) you can get it in CEX for £12.

Please can I ask peoples opinion...current CEX PS1 game prices, temporary spike or higher prices to stay? I have quite a few PS1 games from my childhood that I will probably never play again, I hate to sell something I cant get back again, but the current trade in price of 'with manual' games tempts me.
Parappa the rapper is one such game, I've owned since new, possibly mint condition so £75 trade value!

I would like the uncharted trilogy🙏 I started game collecting last year, the uncharted series aren't at my cex though, except for one of them that's platinum edition that looks out of place with my other games😅 I haven't played the series but would like to get into and good vlog as always🎉

Oi! Keep of my turf. Seriously though Hanley isn’t the best place to go hunting. You have to remember Stoke-on-Trent as a city is made up of six towns and there is better shops in those towns. I had a great score in that rspca shop a few years ago. A massive PS1 bundle had just been donated and the guy let me have the games for a quid each. All The crash bandicoots r type delta etc. It’s a massive shame what has become of our city centre, Austerity has absolutely destroyed it.
