Exactly, PHT is favoring moderate AR 👍
Vena contracta width of 9mm is favoring severe AR, together with diastoloc flow reversal although not pan diastolic.

Very good cases. You see a lot of pathology. Had a hard time judging the vena contracta without seeing the zone of flow convergence

Usually its picked up incidentally, but this malformation predisposes to thromboembolism so should not be considered normal finding
