Most welcome , multiple views can clear the findings, eustachian valve is at IVC , best visualized in subcostal view. Thebasian valve is at CS ostium, usually not seen on echo, its appreciated in fluoroscopy. Chiari is a network like structure with multiple strands

Yes it can cause palpitations and heart rhythm issues, if asymptomatic no treatment is required

Its according to underlying cause of symptoms, if ectopic beats or rhythm issues are detected then rate controling drugs, if there is a clot in it then blood thinners etc if you have any concerning symptoms visit ur cardiologist

Very unlikely, it a benign condtion. It is commonly found in elderly and obese patients as an asymptomatic incidentally discovered finding.

It means that part of the heart is weak, and moving less as compared to rest of the heart
