  • I am so excited to be bringing you the 3rd Official Instructor Challenge….
The Master Blaster Challenge!!! Woo!! 👏
This is going to be a super fun challenge as you will get to imagine yourself as being an MMA fighter or in a real self-protection situation and apply your strikes and kicks with full power.
Oh, and you won’t even need a training partner because this challenge is done completely solo… on your own.
You’ve learned many strikes and kicks at SuperStar Karate and even if you haven’t they will all be explained in the video.
Now, if you don’t have a Focus Pad or Coach’s Mitt don’t worry. This challenge can be performed while using your own hand as a pad (just don’t hit it too hard).
Watch the video posted in our SuperStar Karate Community group on Facebook ( groups/sskcommunity) today to watch the tutorial video and learn the training drills. Remember to post a video in the group to show us part of your training.
    The Instructor Master Blaster Challenge
    1) Follow along with the Instructor Pad Striking Video to learn a few super cool solo pad striking drills that will definitely level up your power and accuracy.
    2) Be sure to video your workout and post it on Facebook, Instagram &/or RUclips along with the hashtags: #AtHomePracticeChallenge & #SuperStarKarate in order to get your points.
    3) Finish this challenge and you just completed a quick 10 minute intensified micro workout!! That is Black Belt Level training right there! Way to go!
Remember to keep track of your points on our 30 Day At Home Practice Challenge Scorecard which you can download here: bit.ly/SSK30DayPracticeChallenge
😬 Don’t have a printer at home? 😓 No worries. 😁 You can use Adobe Acrobat or if you have a MacBook you can use Preview to fill everything in. Then just email your scorecard to mail@SuperStarKarate.com as an attachment. Be sure to include the participating student’s name in the email so we know who to give credit to. 👍
