Thanks for the video. My struggle was because I was trying to close the two jaws by sight rather than feel. This video made it clear and the very next joint I cut was perfect! Thanks again!
This video resolved my setup problems. I couldn't get accurate spacing due to some wrong setting I made. Follow those instructions and you are on tracks. Mark at incua gave me outstanding professional and prompt support.
Follow up--followed your instructions last night and nailed the joints. If you have a slight gap on the inside edge of the pins is your blade too high or too low? I appreciate you taking time to show this.
The silver micro knob on my I-box is very hard to turn. I have checked the black knob and stock ledge to be sure they are loose. The red turns ok but not the micro knob. I have in the past turned the micro when the black was tight and not sure if I mess something up in inside. Any suggestions?
Cecil, The silver knob is normally on the stiff side, but the jig included a clear plastic wrench for it. Instead using of the wrench, rotate it the silver knob counterclockwise to unthread it from the shaft, put a dab of grease on the shaft's threads, and then spin the knob back into position. Oil can work if it's heavy, like motor oil or gun oil. Thin spray-can lubricants won't do much.
Thank you so much!! I’m an advanced woodworker but when I got a new table saw I had a time adjusting the jig. Your instructions are simple!
Excellent video. Short and concise, Mark. Keep it up.
Thanks for this. I struggled mightily yesterday with my i-box. I will setup again with these instructions.
Thank you Mark for such a quick and easy video, really appreciated! 👍
Found it!!! Had seen it earlier...Super helpful!! I now get your drift!!! Thanks Mark!
Awesome explanation of setting up. Your explanation is simple and to the point. My results were perfect on first attempt.👍
Thank you. Your instructions were clear and concise.
Thx Mark for this info and also for the comment you made on the phone....the miter bar was not squared up enough with the blade.
